We have bought cars 4 from Automotive Solutions in Bristol over the last decade. They have supplied us with a Golf, 2 BMW's and a Passat and part exchanged fairly. Our cars have been serviced well and any issues with any new purchases have been dealt with brilliantly. James and the team are so customer focussed and honest. Would highly recommend the business. It's great to have local people running local businesses for the community. Martin and Helen.
Untrustworthy, dishonest dealer. Product not as described, refused to accept rejection despite bring within 3 days. Bald tyres, bent front strut. Dealer and dealership known to local trading standards. I would avoid Automotive Solutions in Bristol.

Where to start with this? Well as a matter of fact the car was taken for a new MOT by Richard as soon as he got home and apparently suffered buyers remorse of this rather lovely ten year old BMW. The car was proven to be fully legal and passed the new MOT with perfectly legal tyres and despite the nonsensical accusation above, no mention of any damage to a suspension strut. Despite this, when Richard called in a hissy fit claiming the tyres were worn despite his own evidence to the contrary, as a matter of goodwill I offered to have the front tyres replaced with a new pair of Pirrelli's in an effort to keep him happy. He never made any reference to any damage to the suspension. This offer turned out to be Pointless really, as he was set on a full refund for no good reason, so naturally we declined. The review above is not only unfair, but patently untrue and very likely defamatory! A petulant outburst, from a rather sad chap who must be used to getting his own way !

I find it amusing that this was written about possibly James or anyone connected to this company. My experience was one of satisfaction and contentment. Move on old chap!

Ignoring the sad attempts to make out that I was being unreasonable the facts were: Car NOT as described in the advert Tyres & steering damaged were not acknowledged nor addressed by company prior to advertisement/sale just falsely described They threw legal company at the problem - to refuse return requested within 24 hours of purchase despite the genuine issues with the sale Review left as a genuine customers experience of this company to warn other prospective customers that the companies representative’s word should not be trusted. NOT some fake review left by their ‘friends’
