Car been playing up and failed to proceed in Nuneaton yesterday. Skoda call out guy attended promptly, got it started and took it to Johnsons who changed the battery and fixed two other faults and had it ready for lunchtime today when I returned the loan car; absolutely exceptional service.

These are a disgtave to Skoda cars there response to problems is slow Skoda asked them to reply to my issues and got no response from the management I have now got rid if the car after a long period of loyalty to VAG I have been let down by this dealer who are only interested in anyone till they get your money.
Simon offered excellent service when I was looking at purchasing a new car. I couldn't fault his attention to detail and friendly manner.
I purchased a Skoda Yeti from Autosales Burntwood back in December 2017. It was sold as 'Approved Used', as new with just a few hundred miles on the clock. Fast forward to the beginning of 2022 and paint has started pealing from the roof and tailgate revealing bare metal. Admittedly the car is several years old but it has been well looked after and has only cover 25k miles so this should not happen. I turns out that the dealer used a 3rd party to carry out extensive paint repairs, something which invalidated the Skoda warranty. This was not disclosed to me and I am certain that I would not have bought the car if I had been told. I my mind this is a clear and deliberate act of misselling! I have approached the dealer. They are not willing to rectify the issue or even make a contribution towards my costs. If you are considering buying a new or used Skoda and you value honesty, integrity and customer service then I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

I bought an approved used VW from Autosales at the beginning of November. Up to today they failed to deliver the second key as promised. Missing second key was held back by them, until the day of delivery. Description of the car was misleading. They were changing the description from Full Service History to Part Service History after taking the money. The car crackles like an old sofa, so their technicians must be death, and their multipoint checks seem to be fake. It will be dealt via proper organizations, and taken even further until resolved. Communication is poor and slow, they do not seem interested in resolving any issues after taking your money. I do not recommend Autosales Skoda Burntwood!

I bought a £12000 pound Skoda yeti from them with the 12 months warranty and the sunroof started leaking they did not want to know they said the warranty did not cover water ingress and wanted to charge me over £2000 pond to fix it there so called mechanic though it was funny it leaked the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on

I booked my car in for an MOT and a service, at Autosales Skoda, also fixed an issue with my lights. The price they charged was great value for money and they washed and vacuumed my car too. Seriously the best experience I have ever had, from any garage. I used a courtesy car and was impressed with that too. I will definitely be using them from now on and I can recommend them to anyone.
