Took my car to them for an MOT and service. The final bill included £8.00 for windscreen washer fluid. I checked a bill from a previous service and found the same charge. I always fill up before I go for a service so I knew they hadn't filled it. I was given the money back for both services and was told it was a standard charge and if they can't fill it they put a bottle in the boot which they hadn't done on either occasion. It just leaves me wondering if they charge for anything else that they don't do. Since then I have bought 3 new Skoda's, one from Mitchell Skoda in Chester and two from Westgate Skoda in Grimsby so trying to rip people off has been an expensive mistake for Autosales.
