Buyer beware! Saw a car for sale on autotrader, so sent messages interested, message KYLE he call and whatsup and at first they all over you , how are you! I ask if tyres all change as in photos show nearly on limits, was advise yes tires all good , ask if car all good nothing know about and again told all good to go! We drove to collect the car and it park in corner, difficult to walk round . Again at no time was following mentioned missing parcel shelf/ on advert said comes steel spare tire, was missing, no mentioned chip in windscreen screen clearly seen advert photos, no mentioned brake front pads were in need changing, or battery was knacker and also needed changing ! was told by KYLE service but then another back track said car not service??. Was also told I had nothing complained about as Car was undervalue by them ! So question is if I paid thousand more would all faults including Aircon needs regassing , would they been done??. Was not given any warrantie info/ or proof of service, which now claim never done , KYLE claim gave me discount as service? But I paid full price , car had be jump started and again salesman said ok as cost me £680 to correct and now engine warnings light on , no offer to sort just verbal abuse that I got car undervalue? Reported to trading standards/ DVLS and autotrader. MOST SHOCKING IS BRAKE PADS SO THIN , THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS TO RISK MY LIFE! DROVE 20O MILES EACH WAY AND THANKS KYLE NICE KNOW ON THIN BRAKES!! Funny there reviews says about car sounds similar to this car ! So my advice is go to Dealer who as morals as clearly this dealership does not !!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. We agreed a contract and paid a deposit. They are now attempting to charge an extra £3000 to complete the contract. When trying to talk to them on the phone, they were abusive and shouted over me - even though I was recording the call. They refuse to give the correct company details or address. This is being passed to my solicitor to force completion of the contract. PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

Bought a car a month ago 9 grand ten minutes on the motorway on the way home and a engine fault came on keep happening everyday very slow to start called the warranty as we have been told by kwik fit it needs a new battery and the warranty company have said the garage is refusing to pay out for it to be replaced as the battery was changed before sale, the car is clearly not right and should be retified but it looks like a fight on our hands ombudsman is going to be our only hope, we were only told it had no log book on the day of picking up the car, this company screams dodgy and with all of the bad reviews I have read I'm not surprised this has happened ten mins of the journey home terrible service will tell you everything you want to hear to garentee a sale but once purchased they will lie and lie, worst car dealership I have ever met

Log book took 11 weeks to come as I had to apply for it, now having issues with the car the warranty that comes with car "Blackstar" basically ignore you have it as it basically doesn't exist. Trying to get the garage to pay for a repair is impossible! Just tell you "we will call you back you need to speak to Marcus" I Don't think the guy exists! Don't buy from them!

Total chaos as a first time experience.. Car suffered engine failure light during test drive yet was prepared to wait to be fixed for another test as was interested in the car as a whole. Rang the mobile number to be hit with outlandish sales tactics to put a £100 deposit down saying the car will be sold to general public despite the car literally being undrivable. Was prepared to give a chance on them to fix the issue but after speaking to the guy I spoke to they can do one! 😂

An absolute terrible company. I called and left a deposit with them. I then had some difficulties with the financing and called the next day to tell them I couldn't proceed. They told me that the deposits are subject to viewing so I said I can come down whenever and asked when would be good. They then said no don't come down if you won't be purchasing we'll raise it through management and head office to get your deposit back. No-one has called back since and I've tried plenty of times to get something out of them just to be passed to "their manager" who raises it through "head office" again!

absolute joke. paid for a car in full and when i went to collect it ... it had parts falling off it and was filthy .... was told to come back a few days later to collect it and shocker they couldn't find it. turns out they had resold it absolute joke ... selling a car already legally purchased and owned by someone else ... reckon i dodged a bullet they are unreal people with no morals at all ... 100% the car is a ringer .. bought from auction cheap and sold on with no checks or repairs being done. oh yeah look them up on companies house they fold every 2 years and open in a different name ... do not buy from them your better off setting your cash on fire your never be happy

I bought a 10k car in 2020 - just an utter joke. Turbo and timing chain had to be done within several weeks. I won't bore anyone with the story but I STRONGLY advise anyone thinking of buying from this garage not to. Please don't be fooled by a good deal, all the cars are tat and are ridden with problems. Customer service is non existant. Worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I wish I could rate zero stars...even that would be generous...

Kye who manages this branch was excellent, I have seen so many people leaving poor reviews but it seems no one has the time to write a good review. Kye could not do enough for me and I am really pleased with his professional manner, he went over and above for me, a very charismatic individual. The staff I dealt with at this branch were also very good.
