Purchased a really nice Porsche 911 from Autowheels in Dorset recently, not only was the car totally as advertised but the trade-in process and service Rob and the guys gave was first class, even when an AC issue came up a week later they offered to have it sorted at a main dealer. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their professional service. Not your usual car salesmen you come across.

Contacted auto wheels to arrange to view a van, viewed the van last week, all work that was needed on it was done & I picked the van up today! Great service from Rob, nice bloke, great garage! Would defiantly recommend Autowheels.

Searched for the car I wanted and found one at Auto Wheels Bournemouth. As I live on the Isle of Wight, its always a gamble dealing with a trader that's not straight forward to just go and view a car at leisure. Contacted Auto Wheels and spoke to Rob (out of normal working hours and was expecting to leave a voice message). It came to light that Rob is the owner. Immediately I felt at ease when questioning him on the details of the car. Therefore I felt under no pressure to leave a deposit on the car which Rob stated was refundable should I not be happy after inspection. Rob offered to pick me up off the ferry which I need to get to get off the Isle of Wight and drive me to his showroom at 7.30am on a Saturday, and drive me back should I not buy the car. At this point I thought that this all sounds a bit too good to be true. I was met off the ferry and taken to the garage. After inspecting the car (which was actually better than expected), I was happy to purchase the car with an extended warranty. In all, the whole experience from the initial phone call to driving the car home was a pleasant experience and one which you would hope to get from a used car dealer. Therefore I can not speak highly enough about the complete experience from Rob and Auto Wheels and would not hesitate to recommend them. Ian Isle of Wight

The guys at the Autowheels showroom were very professional, friendly, non-pushy and informative. The vehicle was provided with a service and free period of warranty. On my request Auto Wheels also agreed to get a couple of body work dings repaired. When collecting the vehicle all the work agreed had been carried out and the documentation was in order. After a short period of time a couple of issues were identified and Auto Wheels were contacted. All issues were satisfactorily resolved. Have since purchased another vehicle from Auto Wheels and once again we are very satisfied. My experience shows that Auto Wheels abide by their warranty agreement, go out of their way to ensure that customers are fully informed, are happy with their purchase and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and I will visit them again when looking for another vehicle.

Telephoned AutoWheels late yesterday afternoon,arranged to view the car this morning with my son.when we arrived was told the car had just been sold UNBELIEVABLE.If you want BAD service I recommend this garage if not steer well clear.

Looking for a car for our daughter we drove past AutoWheels & seeing a suitable car on the forecourt we stopped & went in. Best move we made. Rob was a super guy, very helpful, not pushy just very friendly & understanding of what we were looking for. Not only did a great deal on the car but arranged the tax & got a tow bar fitted plus delivered it to our home. Where would you get such great service :) We were thinking of changing our car & decided this was where we would buy ours. Very fair part exchange price & another great deal done. Purchased car from AutoWheels on the basis of a full service history 7 month later told they never received it from Purchaser.

Rob always handpicks the cars and they are always prepared to a very high standard, Nice to find a dealer who actually answers the phone and deals with any aftersales requests promptly. having been in the car game myself, i know exactly how important this is
