I was delighted with the service I received from Autoworld in Faversham, from the initial phone call right through to signing on the dotted line. I visited the dealership to view the car I wanted, I was greeted by Chris and immediately felt at ease, he wasn't the 'pushy' salesman type and he understood my situation and needs straight away. He answered any questions I had honestly and thoroughly, ensuring that no stone was left unturned, he was quick and efficient on email and the whole process felt incredibly smooth. When I picked the car up, Chris went through all the car's features and he gave me plenty of information before I drove it home. Everything is perfect, we love our new Mercedes, it is a beautiful car. The salesman that looked after me and my husband was very helpful, he was so polite and he told us everything that we needed to know about the car, there was no nonsense, he was straight to the point and everything he told us was exactly how it was. The car was as described in the advert and in immaculate condition and it was valeted to a high standard. I found out about this dealer because my fiancée bought a car off them a few years ago and has been using them as a garage for over 20 years.
