This is my first time visiting this dealership and it won’t be my last. After carefully looking for a Jaguar, I came across the perfect spec here at Autoworld and after reading the reviews, I knew that I would be in good hands. So I made the trip down and to put it shortly, the service and the cars are perfect I really don't have a bad word to say about them. Great team and well deserved of the praise.

Where to begin honestly. I have been in the trade all of my life, so I know exactly what to expect from your typical garage, but Autoworld really took me by suprise and really smashed every expectation of mine. I haven’t got any need for a car at the moment, so it was my wife who was looking for a car and this is when we come across this dealer. A friend of ours recommended this dealer as they had been here before, so once we arrived, we were able to walk around all of the cars without anyone running over to us and pressuring us to buy any old car. Once we found the perfect car, we then approached a salesman and wanted to know a little bit more about the car, he was more than knowledgeable on the car, its history and its current condition leaving me and my wife with no surprises. We went on to purchase the Ford Kuga in the end as we were very impressed and the team kept us updated on when the car would be ready to collect, when we arrived the car was spotless and very well presented for a second hand car. I honestly can't pick a single fault, they did everything they said they were going to do down to the letter. By far the best dealer I have ever been to, If I was in the market for another car myself I would defiantly go back to this dealer, In fact I have already recommended a friend to visit here.

What an amazing company! I can't speak highly enough of the service, the price and the customer service. I part exchanged my Fiat 500 in for my new Mini Cooper One and I couldn't believe the deal I got, it really helped me financially when deciding if I could afford it or not. It was so good that my mum even sold her car to Autoworld and she also received a very good price for her car, So we are both very happy that we visited here.

I've purchased my Citroen C4 from here and the car is amazing! Chris looked after me throughout the whole process and even let me test drive the car. Me and my partner are so glad we went to Autoworld.

Fantastic service. Enquired about a car that had sold. Was told another car would be due in next week, which I then purchased. A minor issue with the door was sorted immediately. Staff are friendly and know their stuff. Sorted additional key with no problems. Would not hesitate to buy from in the future.

We went to Autoworld Faversham because we were looking to get my son a new car and I spoke to Chris and Graham, they were both professional, courteous and knowledgeable whilst speaking to them, the let us take our time inspecting the car and taking it for a test drive. My son is extremely pleased with his Volkswagen and is never out of the bloody thing 🤣

Such a wonderful company to deal with, Chris and Graham are great guys and go that extra mile to make sure your happy. My Ford is faultless, mechanically and looks great also, I am really glad I came here to buy my car and I will return again when I'm looking for something new.

There is no issues at all with the Volkswagen I purchased for my daughter from Autoworld, she is very happy with it, taken a few long trips in it and it is doing the job which she requires it to do so far.
