Useless. Not valeted when handed the car, mud and stones inside. Was told it is a car that is an 'easy fix' handed it in three times in three weeks because in the first 20 miles of being handed the car each time the engine light and possibly battery light with the oil light would come on. Car would either cut out and i would have no power and also couldnt use the footbrake or reverse. Was told it passed an MOT at logelly motors too soon before picking up the car then they tried fixing it at andrew lamont motors the third time, that said it couldnt of passed an MOT. Had a lot of juddering. Drove the car maybe 3-4 days out of the 3 weeks i had it because it was too much of a hazard. Not road worthy. Bunch of cowboys. And had their own valeteer that refunded me, probably too emberresed to talk to me after trying to sell me a death trap. Too many problems, never resolved any of them after going to two different garages.... Goodluck to anyone thats bought one of there horses. And hope you have life insurance.
Very good experience with Balgonie Motor Company. In July I purchased a Vauxhall Astra and i am very happy with it! I have had no issues with it, it was nice and clean and in good condition when I received it and it's great value for money. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions. I was actually very surprised at how easy the whole process was.

Really good experience with Balgonie Motor Company! I purchased a Vauxhall Meriva from here back in July. The car was very nice and clean and in very good condition and I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were very helpful throughout the process which was smooth and easy. i would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a cheap car ( under 2k) from this dealer 2 weeks ago and i must say ive been very impressed thus far, the car was ready and motd when they said it would be and was even fully valeted. highly recommended.
I purchased a Golf from here back in July. It was a flying visit everything was already sorted I just went to collect it, There is some serious damage to the alloys which looks like its beyond repair and have had to have some work carried out on the car but its running okay now. The car was supposed to have just had an MOT but there's no way it could have passed. I am happy with the car now though and its quite good value for money.

I purchased a car here on finance tho there was a repair to be done a switch for the passenger window as dose not work from drivers side. When i picked the car up i was told by the garage that it would take 7-10 days to arrive and they would come to my home and replace the switch, i have phoned them many times and they keep fobbing me off it is now 2 and half months and nothing??? Also they forgot to mention the roof leak stay clear of this company, I will be taking this further spent £3200. STAY CLEAR!!!!

I bought a car from here at start of year and seemed good to start with until cracks started to appear. On further investigation the car had been crash damaged and they had tried to disguise this. they bought it back after 40 mins haggling. Stay clear!! They also sold it too me in this condition knowing I had a 3year old child!!
There was a few niggly bits wrong with the car within the first couple of weeks but credit to Balgonie Motor Company they had it all sorted within a day and didn't charge me a penny. I'd happily recommend them to friends, they had a good range of cars to choose from and the staff all seemed very nice.

Everything at Balgonie Motor Company was all, I can't fault the service provided. The battery in the car went flat a few days after having the car but I just called them up and they sent out a new one free of charge, I would have no hesitation dealing with them again.

Balgonie Motor Company took all the work out of buying the car, I took it for a test drive and loved it, from there they kept in touch and let me know everything I needed to provide and when the car would be ready. I was impressed at how quick and easy it all was.

I will begin my review by saying that the salesman was really helpful in answering any questions I both before and after I purchased my car from here. They helped me with all the paperwork and even let me use their phones to make some calls. First class customer service and I would fully recommend Balgonie Motor Company.
