I am pleased with the car. It came with an MOT but not a service. However, John said it was fine. I took it for a service myself, and he was telling the truth. Everything was perfect with it, and I’ve got myself a good motor.
I did arrive at the dealership an hour early, so the car wasn’t out and ready for a test drive yet. However, I just wanted to hear the engine and get going. It was all clean and tidy. Maybe it felt a little rushed, but overall I am pleased and it has been a good experience. I really can’t complain. It is a great car, and if it wasn’t, I would have taken it back!
I would definitely consider using these guys again. An honest dealership for sure.

I knew the car and the spec I wanted, so when I came across it on AutoTrader with Balham, I actually bought it blind because I am in Kent and the distance is a little far. The delivery went really well, and the guy who dropped it off was really nice. I have to say everything was exactly as described and shown to me. There were no surprises or anything hidden, just a very accurate description of the vehicle. Communication throughout was great with Charlie and Onder, and so far everything has been going well with my vehicle.

Charlie was excellent. He was really helpful and made the whole process easy for me. I didn’t feel stressed or pressured into purchasing a vehicle. I’m very pleased with my decision. It is a great vehicle. It was lovely and clean when I picked it up, and I was never left waiting around.

Everything with my Audi so far has been good and I'm very happy with it. I haven't taken it to my mechanic to have a look over it yet but it's good. This was my first time visiting Balham Cars London and Charlie provided great service.

John was very good at explaining everything I needed to know about the car before going ahead with it and I thought he was helpful with the process of getting the car. I've been a few places in the Nissan and so far it's going good. I'm happy with it.

I recently bought a Peugeot, and so far it's going great. There is a slight sound coming from the front, which started after I got it, but it’s likely just a wearable part. John was fantastic throughout the process, I thought he was really helpful and a genuinely lovely guy. He encouraged me to take a test drive, which I wasn’t planning on doing, but I’m glad I did. I viewed the car before it was fully ready, and unfortunately, I couldn’t take the day, but again, that wasn’t on them. Overall, I wouldn’t change a thing about the service.
