5 excellent service I love the car.

I'd rate the overall experience at 4 out of 5. I'm very pleased with the Toyota RAV4 and the overall service provided by Balham Cars London. The only comment I would make is that the initial viewing felt a bit rushed and I would have liked a bit more time to review the documents on the vehicle. I'd avoid viewing on a Saturday in future but would not hesitate in buying another car from Balham Cars London. It would be very useful if they accepted payment by credit card in future. The people we met and dealt with were polite, courteous and helpful. I'd regard Balham Cars London as a trustworthy dealership.

Staff was amazing

No issues with my vehicle so far; I am very happy with it – it’s a great one. The staff were really helpful and sorted out the radio for me with no drama, as it was broken. The whole process was pain-free, with a very quick turnaround. It was very much an in-and-out, no-messing process, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

I have had no issues with the car and have been enjoying driving it. At the dealership, they were very helpful, I had a good test drive, and he showed me everything I need to know regarding the car . It was a quick and effortless process.

I would give 5 stars because the advisor was really helpful in my decision on the day, he was really approachable and nice and easy to talk to. Normally when I go car show room there's a lot of waffling that confuses me. I understand everything that was said and made it easier for me to make my decision. The process was easy and straightforward. I have been and would continue to recommend my friends and family to Balham cars. Thank you! x

My first time visiting the Balham Cars London and I had a surprisingly amazing experience throughout. John showed me around the car and was completely open about everything. He wasn't trying to make money he wanted to make sure I was happy with what car I was to buy. They went over and beyond for me. When I paid for the car I couldn't collect it for about 2 weeks. When I collected the vehicle, John started the car for me and drove me to the petrol station to make sure it was all working well, as it hadn't been started in 2 weeks, and told me any problems to let him know straight away. I was very happy and the Toyota's been great ever since. Couldn't be anything other than a 5-star review.

When I visited the dealership, I went to look at an Audi A1. After noticing a few damages on the paintwork, I was told it was being resolved and it was done but not very well, so I had to do it myself. The tyre pressure warning light came on, but I just needed to reset it, which was fine. Other than these issues, it was a very professional, overall nice experience.

No issues with my Toyota up to now, It's been very good.
