I happened to find my Discovery listed on Auto Trader with Beckside in Bradford and gave them a call to find out if they still had it. Gary who I spoke to was very helpful and after a decent chat to him I arranged to pay him a visit to look at the car. On arrival it was exactly as described and after taking it for a test drive I was more than happy with everything to commit to buying the Discovery. I went back and signed all of the documentation which was an easy, simple process, I then drove away in my new car and I am well pleased with it. The customer service was magnificent and I could not have asked for anything else to be honest.

I am well suited to the Discovery, the lads at Beckside 4x4 Centre were super heroes, they put the car through an MOT and fitted a new tow bar to it for me, I feel like going in and giving them some more money 😂, then again with the living crisis going on at the moment I had better keep hold of it. Highly responsive, helpful and very polite is how I would describe Gary at Beckside 4x4. The Merc is brilliant I am very happy with the choice I made, I really enjoy driving it. Gosh I don't know where to start! The car, the service, the entire process... All 5 stars. I bought a Mini and it is absolutely fantastic and the service from the sales man was fantastic, everything were very straight forward, not pushy, great communication throughout, I would have no reason not to rate them five stars. The delivery was on time and everything went well from start to finish, no problems at all with anything, I was really Impressed with the service I received from the lads at Beckside. Beckside 4x4 were absolutely brilliant, there was no trouble what so ever. Gary was really good when I first came down to look at the Range Rover Sport and took it for a test drive, there was a few little bits and pieces that needed to be sorted out and they were all done when I went to collect the vehicle and the handover was really smooth, there was also a slight issue a few days after I purchased the vehicle but when I called Gary to make him aware of this he was on the ball to get this put right for me and I have not had any issues since. I love how this dealership take ownership of any small issues and are happy to resolve them. I would shout from the roof tops about this dealership and I would certainly use them again.
