I am ever so sorry you feel you have received poor service from Bedford Specialist Cars, it is our aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by offering every retail car a comprehensive 3 month warranty, a new MOT and service if due within 6 months of purchase and a 120 point vehicle inspection carried out by an independent garage along with a report. Unfortunately we were not contacted by you therefore not given the opportunity to assist with the issue. Easy to deal with. No hard sell like you sometimes find in dealerships. Honest about his knowledge of the car. Would happily come back here in the future
They weren't the most approachable people. They were ok but not great at the same time. If I had to say yes or no as to recommending them, I would probably say yes but they could do a lot better in preparing the car for me.

I bought a BMW from Bedford Specialist Cars. When I arrived the car was ready and waiting for me. I had already been to a few other dealers and it was great to finally see a car that was as good as it looked in the photos! Leigh dealt with me and organised a price I was happy with on my part exchange. I have had my car for 3 months now and am really pleased with it. When I come to change I hope to be able to use them again.
