Family run business, who extend courtesy, and show respect and great service- unlike many other dealerships. I travelled a total of 480 miles round trip to collect my car, and honestly the simple fact that the guys were so easy to deal with made it worthwhile for me. As for the car it appears to be in good condition and running fine, all with a 6month warranty for peace of mind.
I bought a Hyundai Tucson 10 year old but great mileage. Went on test drive & the guy from the garage was good at pointing out what I should be looking for when buying a used car. Sales person was helpful not pushy. Car was clean. Photos on internet & description accurate.

I was very impressed with the attitude with members of staff regarding an issue with my car. Special mention to the boss Adam l was impressed with his caring polite attitude and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle with the dealership.

Recently bought a Mercedes car from this dealer, I had a couple of possible cars from other dealers to consider but the staff and general atmosphere at this dealer convinced me to purchase their car. I can't fault the service at all, they were not pushy and happily sorted a couple of faults with the car I wasn't happy with. They couldn't have done anything any better and I am very happy with the car.

The car was not clean and not in the best condition, over priced and the service was substandard. I was not happy with with the aftercare I received and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I find your review contradicting as you state the vehicle was not clean and not in the best of condition and over priced, i'm sure you would not have walked away with the vehicle in the first place and nor would we allowed you to leave if you where not happy with the price and if the vehicle was not up to standards, You claim the aftercare you received was not good as well, we at parkside direct ltd would like to know what part of the after care service you where not happy with, ie was it the repair of the vehicle etc as we have a duty of care to make sure all work is carried out to a high standards and if there are any short falls then see where we can make improvements. Why did you buy the car if it was all that you are saying. Does not make sense. After reading other reviews I think you are a liar.
I am happy with my Audi A3 from Parkside Direct. It was very clean and in good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all other than the fact that the spare wheel was missing but the dealer sorted that and found me one so no issues there. I would recommend this dealership
