I went to get a car through Vip45, got expected for the car and put a refundable deposit down or what I fought was a refundable deposit. Due to the time we are all going through I lost a lot of work and money so I didn’t go through with the car. I then got belittled by the manager and haven’t got my ‘refundable deposit’ back and then felt like I was being forced into the sale with out be given a final contract with set figures on monthly payments. I’ve got screenshots of the messages. Has anyone one else had the same problem?
Hello all, I bought a car off these chaps. It all seemed well however no one told me it takes 3 weeks to come. 24 working days as they preform 66 point check. This is a complete lie. The previous MOT had an advisory of the fault to fix ASAP. They sold me the car with this fault and then tried to say I caused it. The salesman was Michael Rose. The director and after sales is a joke and so rude and horrible. His name is Narindar he is rude and not helpful. I have texts and WhatsApp to show anyone who wishes to contact me showing their true colours. They are playing smart and fast with their reviews. Branding them self as VIP45 to avoid these bad reviews. I would also be cautious when contacting these guys via social platforms. I would not recommend these guys and please avoid. There other reviews are probably fake
Got a car from VIP45 and within only a couple of months had major problems with the car. In the end total repairs bills came to £3125 of which only £1000 was covered under the warranty that came with the car so I was out of pocket to the tune of £2125 and at no point despite a number of conversations with them did they offer any help. I would not recommend buying or leasing a car from them and if you actually do make sure you get the car checked over independently right at the start and go through the contract with a fine tooth comb. When I had the initial problem I got car repaired with my local garage as I live miles away from Where Bella Cars are based and from then on because I had used a local garage for the initial problem that then left me without recall from them, they wouldn’t help at all and legally I was shafted. They wouldn’t show any type of customer service and help me in any shape or form. They were quick to take my deposit but didn’t want to know when the car started to go wrong, they have no after care service.
Bought a Mini Countryman from Bella cars only a couple of months ago I have been shocked to find that my vehicle requires over £1200 worth of work. The vehicle was sold to me with illegal tyres, brakes that were dangerous, undertray held on with cable ties, Engine fault, cv boot leak and numerous Other items wrong. The owner of Bella cars knows he is selling vehicles in these conditions and doesn’t care about the safety of his customers, he likes to blame everyone but himself and accuses respectable garages Of lying when they diagnose a vehicle. The check sheet you get off him is not worth the paper it’s written on and he uses a dishonest garage to carry out his work for him including a dodgy mot on a vehicle that would have been passed by vosa. (DO NOT BUY FROM BELLA CARS)
I've had some experience with car dealerships before and VIP45 has to be the worse car dealership i have ever dealt with. I spoke to Reece from VIP and he is rude, not helpful and stuck up. As u can see in these screenshots he has no customer service what so ever. The way he spoke to me was ridiculous. He wouldn't help me out at all because i was specific in what i wanted. He's use to people being easy with him. I felt like i was chasing him for a car when it should be the other way round. Half of the people working at VIP are footballers, they have no interest and time to deal with cars they should sack it off completely. Absolutely ridiculous, i advice no one to deal with VIP as they will treat you like a piece of rubbish. Also, from these screenshots, Reece went through the trouble of getting VIP to block me on instagram all because of these screenshots and he knows if people see this they will loose business. As you can see the last screenshot when he says 'Good luck with LGM' i went for a different company and he was bitter about it just because i didnt go through VIP.
From finding the car to collecting it the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Bella cars. Nice people and extremely helpful.
I originally spoke to Dale at Bella Cars who was very polite and interested as sales men go ! He called me in the evening at 7pm On a Friday as I messaged him on Instagram saying I was interested in a car. He sounded like he had a drink but it was Friday so can’t blame Him. I ended up putting the phone down on him as he started to laugh at me as though he was degrading me when I said my mother would take the finance out as I have poor credit ! He then messaged saying I was rude and wouldn’t get anywhere with a card when people are trying to help me out. (Like they’re the only car dealership around). For a company who throw cars at local z listed celebs for a bit of advertisement they sure are forgetting who they are .... Anyway long story short I was then speaking to a guy who always answers the phone. He filled out the finance form for me over the phone (with my mums details ) I asked him if he needed certain details which any normal company would ask for when applying for finance. He said no it’ll be fine. Anyway. After moments later after reading awful reviews on them I regretted my decision and rang back and asked if they prosessed my application for finance. To which I was told no! Not yet ! I told them very clearly I didn’t want them to go ahead with it as I read these reviews. He said it’s fine and wouldn’t put it through. 2 weeks later my mother who is applying for a second mortgage received a letter from THEIR finance department saying she was declined and it would take a toll on her credit report ! (The information that he missed was obviously crucial as we went to the merc dealership and was accepted straight away) this has never been an issue. I rang the company up and all I got was a ‘ohhh no that’s not good is it’. And blamed it on their female admin !!! Who wasn’t there at the time and he couldn’t give a name. (There isn’t a female admin) the guy I spoke too said he always puts them through !!! I was fumin and so was my mother. I then went on saying I will join all the bad reviews on here and all he has to say to that was. ‘Okay be my guest ‘ and laughed whilst putting the phone down 0 % customer service. Glad I avoided Bella Cars after reading these AVOID !
We part exchanged a car for the new car at Bella Cars and were extremely impressed with both the sales and the after service both have been exemplary and we would definitely recommend and use this garage again!
Have had the worst experience with Bella Cars/VIP 45. Bought a Mercedes from this company recently and had nothing but issues from the get go. Of course they was polite and helpful enough when looking for the car but as soon as I paid the deposit it went downhill. I had originally dealt with someone from VIP45, who was helpful enough but did not know enough about cars and kept telling me false information, including the price offered to me for my part exchange and then the monthly settlements. After speaking to 3 different people the price was finally settled. I was assured that from the day or purchase I would receive my car within 7-10 working days and with no update I had to keep chasing to find out when my car would be delivered to then be told the seller had gone on holiday and It would be delayed. Almost 3 weeks later I received my car. I was assured that everything would be checked and serviced on the car if it was required and that it would be delivered to me perfectly fine (as you would expect buying a new car). When the delivery driver arrived he advised me that one of the tyres had deflated slightly and would need pumping up and explained that this was the reason for the error on my dashboard. Thinking no more of it, I pumped up the tyre and assumed everything was fine as he stated that it may have just been where they didn't check the pressure before it was driven down. A week later the tyre warning appeared back on my dashboard indicating that this must be a slow puncture. I called Bella cars and they confirmed that they would pay for a puncture repair which was fine. When taking it into the garage they advised me that the tyre was not repairable and that the 2 front tyres were also extremely bald and not safe to drive on. When speaking to Narinder from Bella Cars, he was extremely rude and was shouting at me down the phone stating that 'I can go to who I like, they won't be paying a penny' and that 'I can either give the car back or pay for the tyres myself' and then hung up on me. I was then advised that they had spoke to the delivery company and the disgusting delivery driver, who kindly left his snot under my steering wheel, had denied ever saying about the deflated tyre and said that there was no error on my dashboard when it was delivered, even though myself and 2 others heard him say the same thing . I then also discovered that my break pads were over 90% worn and would have been required to change within a couple of weeks. Again, Bella cars were not interested and tried to say that the garage was 'upselling' me even though I had sent them picture evidence of all of the faults. I was then referred to someone else, apparently the 'director' who advised that the best they could do was pay for the replacement of the 1 punctured tyre and that was it as the front 2 tyres 'passed MOT'. He was also nothing but rude. who told me was the 'cook in the kitchen' is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in my life, James was the only person that was willing to help but he was just a salesman so wasn't able to help me with the aftercare but did his best. Not even 2 weeks of having a new car I am already over £600 out of pocket rectifying the faults they should have dealt with before delivering the car as well as being told the car would be taxed to find out after a week of driving it that in fact was not taxed. And on top of that I was also advised that the car would have Sat Nav which it doesn't, something else I am now going to have to pay for. All in all this company are nothing but rude Avoid at all costs!
I bought a car here and I found that the carpet was ripped under excelleraror pedals they sorted it straight away amazing customer service. Helpful and polite and courteous Well recommended very happy with Ali Well pleased thank you xx
