8 months after purchase - the car I’ve bought from here has had a transmission malfunction (which was mentioned to them by me a month after purchase) called their warranty and apparently the warranty company doesn’t cover transmission (but it’s my fault for not taking out extended warranty) and now the car is now off the road. Complete lack of aftercare for their customers, once they get your money it’s difficult to get any accountability from them in regards repairs. 6k down the drain. Please avoid.

Brought a car from here and was told it had been on private plates so couldn’t have log book till it was back on old plates which took a month to sort out and the car came with new mot and a week later when it rained there was no rubber on window wiper then I notice that the rear os back brake wasn’t working properly so I have rung the garage up but they don’t want to know any think to do with the car so I got to pay out of my own pocket so I don’t recommend this garage at all

Hi Stanley Thanks for your review. We are sorry to see this. All mot and services are carried out by an independent company to avoid any form of bias. Having looked at the mot provided on your car this confirms that the front brakes had 75% wear left in them and the rear brakes had 55% wear left in them. We always change anything that is less than 40% left on brakes. This should give you at least 10000 miles before they need replacing. Of course this can change depending on how the customer drives there car. After listening to the call yesterday when you contacted the office we have offered to have your car in to be inspected however you declined this and wanted the warranty company to pay for new brake pads to your car. Unfortunately wear and tear isnt covered under any warranty. I am sorry you feel let down on this occasion however we feel we have worked hard to try and resolve any issue for you.

I must admit i've many a car from this dealer and never had anything apart from great service and lovely cars. If I never need help they come to my rescue everytime.
I was looking for a run around car after a recent move. We happened to drive past and had a look in. Saw exactly what I was looking for. Excellent service and nothing was too much trouble for the Salesman. Thank you for taking the stress out of the situation. Would recommend you anytime.
