I had the joy of picking up my new car from Belmont Autos, the staff went out their way to ensure i had a quick and easy delivery of my new Audi. Would highly recommend to anyone to deal with as the salesman Eddie made the whole journey from start to finish very easy to understand.

Bought a car from Belmont, the day after the warranty finished developed a serious fault. Called them to be told nothing they could do as the warranty has ran out. After mentioning Trading Standards I was told to bring the car in it would be £45 just to look at it. As the car is not drivable I would have to get a towtruck to take it up there. Which I couldn't afford. After the treatment I've received wouldn't trust them now anyway. Taken to another garage, seriously out if pocket. Expensive lesson learned

Bought my insignia from here from Murray service was fantastic but warranty had ran out less than a week got a problem with my car and gave the garage a call to see if they would Help me and basically got told well your warranty is finished and we can't do anything shocking

Bought a car at Belmont autos today thought the service was great I picked a car on Monday then picked it up on the Thursday the lady who dealt with me was amazing .Belmont Autos yous are so lucky having a person like Angela working for yous as she is a real star. Bought a Mini from Belmont Autos in December. I was delighted with the service I received. The sales man Jim wasn't pushey and was very polite. I had a few minor issues with the car about 3 weeks after I got it and these were fixed without any hassle. Overall a good experience and I would recommend these guys.

Horrendous experience with this dealer. Vehicle faulty 24 hours after purchasing returned numerous times for repair...nothing touched!! Staff very unhelpful unconcerned and lazy. No return of calls and always "out of the office ". Escalated complaint to finance company and dealer denying all knowledge of complaints. Vehicle is unsafe to drive not roadworthy due to several faults and a young child has been made to travel in the vehicle. Owner registered disabled and has no other forms of transport. No courteously car provided when vehicle was returned on a weekly basis for repairs to be carried out when in actual fact car was not even touched! Vehicle still faulty . Would seriously NOT recommend these people to anybody. Should be closed down !!! Very irate customer.

The buying process including getting finance was very smooth but not impressed with much after that. Picked up the car and first thing we had to do was visit the petrol station as it was running on fumes then had to return to garage as there was no aerial. On top of that there was mould on the passenger seatbelt so not exactly a good start but a sign of things to come. In the next few months we had numerous problems with the car and Belmont were not interested in helping out. Eventually had to escalate with finance company but gave up and got rid of the car. Would urge family and friends to avoid.
