Amazing service highly recommend 👌

After finding this car on autotrader that fitted the criteria apart from the price for what i wanted a car I have been looking for many years contacted the garage expecting the usual rude arrogant salesman I usually encounter and go no further but instead speak to Jason who came across as the complete opposite easy to talk to and I inspired confidence to proceed. Did something I have never done before against everything I have l learned and preached brought the car never physically seeing it only by video and doing homework on the garage taking a huge chance paying top price for an old car with low miles. Jason surprised me by offering delivery and collecting my part exchange another reason for buying as with current situation not in a position to collect myself. Everything went smoothly except for a few delays regarding receiving paperwork Only niggle would have liked to have received something on paper saying you have warrenty rather than a promise. So for this reason would give 4.5 out of 5 stars if it allowed. So to sum up a unique experience in my mind Jason seems genuinely passionate and caring about his work and would I buy again ...currently yes But guess time will tell.

I’ve had my Jeep Cherokee for about a week now, and so far, everything’s been rock and roll. Jason was the gentleman who looked after me, and since we both work in sales, we shared a bit of banter along the way. The transaction was quick and made really easy. I chose these guys because they're an AA approved dealership, plus the fact that every car comes with free AA Cover. Glad I did! They even did a fresh MOT on my Audi A3 when it had a few months left so I'll rate them 5 stars without doubt.

A few years back I owned a Jeep Patriot but sadly lost it when it was written off in an accident – I was devastated! Since then I’ve spent nearly four years searching for a worthy replacement, so I was over the moon when I came across Berkshire Jeeps advert online. To my surprise the car originally came from just six miles away from where I live – talk about fate! The car is fantastic, and the service I received from Jason was exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating and even went the extra mile by delivering the car to me personally, then catching the train home. I can’t fault his efforts and really appreciate all he's done for me.

The Cherokee I purchased from Berkshire Jeeps & Jags last month's mechanically beautiful– the engine runs like a dream! I really appreciated Jason’s efforts in getting the car ready for me. I’d sold my previous car to We Buy Any Car mistakenly thinking the new one would be ready the same day, but I had completely mixed up the dates. Jason went above and beyond, managing to replace the brakes that same day so I could collect it that evening. A follow-up call a couple of weeks later to check if I was happy with everything just showed what a trustworthy dealership they are. We're working through a minor electrical issue at the minute but Jason's been great throughout. He genuinely care sand I'd have no qualms about recommending the dealership to anyone.

Recently I bought my second vehicle from Berkshire Jeep and Jags in Wokingham, and once again, I'm thoroughly impressed. I traded in my first vehicle for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, something I’ve always wanted after seeing a couple of my friends with one. Jason went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with my purchase. To give you an idea of his commitment to customer satisfaction: I needed a tow bar, which wasn’t originally included with the car, and Jason sourced one for me right away. On top of that, my old car had some wheels better suited for motorways, so he switched them over to the new Jeep. He really took care of all the details. Even though I’m based in Nottinghamshire, Jason arranged for someone to pick up my old car and deliver the new one directly to my door. His knowledge of Jeeps is second to none, and I’m confident in saying that there’s nothing he doesn’t know about these vehicles. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service and attention I received. Highly recommended!
