We recently purchased a Mercedes Vito back in September, and it has been all good ever since. My experience was top-notch, and I have no complaints, so it is a definite 5 from me.

I am still getting used to the automatic, but other than that, it is good, and I can't complain about the service when I was at the dealership, so I would rate my experience at 4.5 out of 5.

You can trust Berkshire Jeeps and Jags - Jason and his team are professional but they also make buying a vehicle fun. A good level of customer service, I would most definitely recommend them to others. I had an issue, but they got me in with the warranty right away.

Pleased to announce that the old Jeep Cherokee I bought from Jeeps n Jags a year ago just passed it's MOT with a couple of adjustments and a £30 part. When i bought the car there was a delay collecting it as they found a couple of issues with a Rear diff and an electrical when they were preparing it. The diff was replaced and issue sorted. I've done nothing to this 2006!!! car in a year so expected a big MOT bill not £145😀 I don't know when I'll need to buy my next Jeep but I know where I'll be buying it.

The Volvo V90 has been brilliant, and the experience I had at Berkshire Jeeps and Jags was five stars.

There's nothing I can think of that would make me experience 5 stars but everything went alright on the day and even got the chance to take the car on a test drive before going ahead with it. So far the Jeep has been fine and I'm happy with it.

Excellent service overall, I spoke to both Jason and his daughter who were both lovely. I felt the paperwork was clearly explained. My BMW has been lovely, though there are still a few issues to be ironed out. It was meant to have the brakes done before I got it, but that didn’t happen.

So far my RR Sport has been very good. I did have one small issue, but I spoke to Jason about it. The service throughout has been superb. 5 stars across the board.
