I had been looking for an SRT8 Jeep for about 8 months then come across Berkshire Jeeps who had two advertised. I went to look at the Jeep’s and both whereas described, the sales guy was very helpful and extremely informative about the Jeep and more particular the SRT8 model I was looking at. I purchased the SRT8 and I have been really happy with it for over 12 months now, great car! The dealer also offered to either trade or buy back the Jeep from me in future if I ever decided I wanted to move it on. I bought a Range Rover Sport from Berkshire Jeeps, and whilst the vehicle did have some issues (its 11 years old) Jason has been more than fair in resolving them, helping manage the claim with the warranty, and going out of his way to make the repair easier, including loaning a courtesy car. Can't fault the service.

After contacting other dealerships in search of a Grand Cherokee Jeep and being disappointed with the service I experienced, I decided to contact Jason at Berkshire Jeeps and glad I did. Jason was very helpful and flexible as I had a fixed budget to work with and some specific specification requirements. On collection the Jeep was ready to drive away with no issues and have been very happy with the vehicle. Jason contacted me the day after I took delivery of the car to make sure I got home OK as I live an hour away and that the Jeep was to my liking - nice touch. Small issue with the SatNav but Jason immediately agreed to replace it FOC - no questions asked. Excellent experience from start to finish. Recommended.

AVOID BERKSHIRE JEEPS! Got half way home and the vehicle broke down. Berkshire Jeeos said they would pay for this but this was in February and it's not July. So now I'm stuck with a bill of £3000. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.
