Shaun is an absolute credit to the company, I cannot priase him enough! He was the loveliest salesman I have ever dealt with, if I could write him 10 reviews I would, he is fantastic. He had so much patience with me and really took care of me whilst I was there. There isn't a thing Shean could do to improve, he is an exemplary salesman and I hope he gets praised for his exceptional work! Thank you again Shaun, it was a pleasure!

I really appreciated the follow up call I recieved, it's not often you get those from car dealers, so that was nice! From start to finish the customer service was brilliant, I couldn't knock them. I'd be happy to use these again!

Me and my friends all recommend each other to Berkshire Fiesta Centre all the time, they are brilliant. I have dealt with them a few times personally before and every time I visit they are always so welcoming and approachable. This time I decided to buy a Vauxhall Astra and I absolutely love it, it is a lovely car to drive and mechanically is perfect. I am 100% very happy overall!

This Fiesta is actually my first car, I learnt to drive in a Ford Fiesta so it was a no brainer really that that was the car I wanted, as I already knew all of the functions! It is working really well up to now and is in really good condition too. Compared to the market value this one was very competitively priced, so me and my mum were quite happy to go and view this one in Reading. When we arrived the team were so helpful and really accommodating too. It didn't take much for us to decide as the car was perfect, it ticked all of our boxes. I am really happy with the purchase on the whole and would recommend any first time buyers to visit here!

Up to now the Z4 has been a great motor to drive. It looks particularly clean and is a very enjoyable car to drive. I have been in touch with Dom as I have had a light come on, so I just need to get back to him in regards to that. Apart from that little niggle, the customer service has been exceptional, I have no complaints.

Shaun was absolutely incredible to deal with, he dealt with all my enquiries, showed me the car really well and was just a really nice guy to deal with. I had EML problems my local garage couldnt help with but it failed the MOT.
I only had 9 days for a re-test and after speaking with Garry he managed to get the car looked at the very next day and the problem was found and repaired.
Very friendly staff and the service and price was very satisfactory.I would have no hesitation to recommend this garage to anyone. Many thanks to all.

I put a lot of trust in Berkshire Fiesta Centre and they didn't spoil it one bit so its got to be a five star rating. I wouldn't say I am a demanding customer by any stretch but its safe to say we all like good customer service. The team here were ever so helpful and friendly, I felt I could approach them with anything I needed. The Sportage is just as it was described, a cracking motor in good condition.

There were no faults what so ever with the experience I had at Berkshire Fiesta Centre! All of the team are very nice and the gentleman I dealt with was superb, he knew the car really well so was able to explain all its functions to me. The paperwork side of things was nice and efficient. Since the car came home with me it has been driving really well. Thank you so much to everyone at Berkshire Fiesta Centre for looking after me.
