Another fantastic experience at Berkshire Fiesta Centre! I recently went there to purchase a Hyundai Tucson for my wife, and from the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly helpful and friendly. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The staff’s knowledge and professionalism were impressive. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the purchase. When it came to finalising the deal, they were efficient and thorough, ensuring that all paperwork was completed promptly. The customer service at Berkshire Fiesta Centre is truly top-notch. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the Hyundai Tucson we bought. My wife loves the car, and seeing her happy makes it all worthwhile. I just so happened to be driving past BFC Motor Group, and they had some fantastic cars available, so when I got home, I went on to their website to see if they had anything I liked. I decided to go and test drive a Ford S Max and found that it was a great little motor; it ticked all my boxes. I can't thank the sales staff enough for helping me out; they were all very knowledgeable, and no matter how many questions I asked, they were always happy to help.

We decided to pop in, and after looking over the car, my wife immediately decided we were buying it. We part-exchanged our old car and got a great price. The team at the dealership quickly sorted out all the paperwork and were polite and friendly from the moment we arrived. My wife now loves the car, and if she's happy, then so am I😁

My daughter recently went to Berkshire Fiesta Centre as she had her heart set on a Ford Focus they had for sale. The Corsa I had for my first car started to have some issues, and when I took it to the garage, they told me the car had about two weeks left, so I was desperate to get a new one. I have never had to buy a car myself before, so I didn't really know what to expect, but I called up the Berkshire Fiesta Centre and explained my situation, and they were really understanding and reassuring. I opted for a Ford KA, and the guys at the dealership were honest, informative, and made the whole process really quick. I cannot thank the team enough for being so supportive throughout, and when I am next looking to upgrade my car, I will be going straight back to them. 

My online search led me to BFC Motor Group, who were advertising a Ford Fiesta that met all the requirements I had for my new car. When I arrived at the dealership, the staff greeted me and allowed me to look around the forecourt without any pressure to make a decision, which I massively appreciated. I was blown away by the Ford Fiesta, and the team was great when it came to answering all my questions, and throughout my time at the dealership, they were friendly and approachable. When it came to collecting the car, I didn't have to wait; it was already there waiting for me, and it was evident it had been freshly valeted, which made the car look outstanding. Easy 5 stars 

I'm very happy with my Renault Megane that I bought from this seller. It is a great little runner and gets me from A to B without any hiccups. The staff were all really friendly and always happy to offer a helping hand if it was needed.
