BIG CARS TOOK MY CAR DO NOT BUY FROM BIG CARS. Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If I could give negative stars, I would. Put simply, they said they would wipe the finance on my old car so that I could start a new agreement and buy a new car through them. They set up the new payments, took my old car from me, then left the payments on the old car running (which they should have paid off and wiped) This was nearly SIX MONTHS ago and they've still not sorted it. All during this time I've been having to pay for TWO cars. They've passed me around from person to person and repeatedly said "we'll get on this first thing tomorrow" only to then hear nothing for weeks. Now desperately trying to find SOMEONE/ANYONE in the whole company to help me as nobody I have spoken to in the last 6 months has been any help at all, as a last resort before taking them to court.
