Bought a car just over a month ago from the West Malling branch. When we drove test drove the car it was extremely dirty inside and was covered with holograms on the outside. Th sales man, O, PROMISED us it will be immaculate on collection day. We were booked at 13h30 on the Monday to collect the car, O was off, we waited over 40 minutes after being ignored by all staff members and manager and we finally got our car it was in the exact same state as when we saw it the first time. We were disgusted and left with a dirty car and a very bitter taste in our mouth. I am disgusted with this behaviour and will not recommend this place to any one. I hope the owner sorts his employees out because the concept is brilliant and the experience could have been perfect. We’ve had to pay a car detailing company £295 to get the car to look like the price we’ve paid for it!
