Very professional from first visit, to collecting my car. No pushy sales people. The car had been valeted to a particularly high standard when handed over to me. Very happy with the whole process.

The whole experience was very good. I wasn’t hassled while looking at vehicles but told if I needed any help to just ask. The purchase was straightforward and the car was ready for collection when I arrived to collect it. The radio, heating, seat movement, and dashboard were all demonstrated and I was asked if I had any further enquiries regarding the vehicle.

I got my car from The Big Motoring World and guess what, everything under the car was aftermarket, they removed the originals and replaced them with aftermarkets, after 6 months after I got the car I had to change the discs, sensors, pads because were completely covered in rust. Basically the sold me a car with aftermarkets. Is this right? Not really. Please check properly your cars when you get them, you will wake up after with many issues. They are not honest.

Fairly priced cars and staff were knowledgeable enough. Purchased a two year old 5 series with mostly motorway miles as had been a fleet car. Paperwork and service history all in order. I would consider using this Big Motoring World again in the future,
