There was no pressure from Big Motoring World, very through explaining everything and got a decent part ex value for my old car.

Big Motoring World West Malling fooled me into purchasing a car that was not safe to be on the road. Don't be fooled by their website saying they do all sorts of inspection on the car before selling but the TRUTH is that they DON't. They will force you into buying warranty for the sake of commission they receive but they will never deliver their promise. Its from my personal experience at West Malling branch with floor manager called John (a man not to be trusted) and a financing guy Jey Cer who would do a credit search on your file without your consent. You will be deeply disappointed with these guys. Wasted two days of my life and just wanted to help others. These guys just another cowboy car dealer with fancy suits. AVOID THEM.

I purchased a car from Big Motoring World West Malling branch that had been plugged for a leak, unknowing to me all problems started to arise, first a small leak then my heater went, now my car is all blocked up and is in the garage and the repair cost is going to be huge.

Having purchased a Nissan Qashqai 8 weeks ago from Big Motoring World West Malling for £13k, I am diasappointed to report that so far I have needed my brake pads and discs replaced (£300) a new car battery (£270) and new key fob battery- none of which were covered under the free 3 month warranty! Very disappointed!

Big Motoring World have a good website, but they don't have all the details on there (especially issues with the car) which you only discover when you've made the trip. Test drive was VERY short as in <1 mile. Pressure sold paint and seat "protection" - not really sold, basically told I can have it for free or they'll knock value off the part exchange - I guess they get a healthy kickback for that as it is definitely not worth the money. Took a deposit for my V5 on the PX (250GBP) that I'm still struggling to get back many weeks and phone calls later despite being informed by the DVLA that they have processed the V5, they apparently can't find it. Car has some issues as well, Tyre pressure monitor sensor faulty, left rear door no longer opens from outside, spare key does not work. Probably won't buy from Big Motoring World in Addlington again in hindsight. Price on the car was quite OK, but that considered other issues (dents on the left doors they did not fix, a missing Isofix cover in the backseat and a missing parcel shelf).
