Phoned to enquire about a mini cooper which we were ver interested in .Being 200 miles away way asked if somebody could either do a vehicle walkround or video showing any imperefections marks or dents .I was told they were too busy !!! . .. .atrocious
They are more about selling quickly and much less about customer service. They also did not disclose issues of the car in advance (clearly tried to hide it with the broken part facing upside down so I don't notice it.. which I didn't sadly). The car wasn't very clean when I went for a test drive. They only had 1 set of keys which they didnt mention on their advert. After I decided not to take any of the extras, the salesperson had no interest in being polite. I wouldn't really buy from them. I suggest go elsewhere. If the price of the car is a bit cheaper.. trust me its because there is something amiss. Not to even mention he tried to sell me extended warranty telling me it covers the hybrid car batter when that was already covered still by manufacturer guarantee. Don't bother.

A lot of pressure to buy the car, salesman didn’t know about the car & tried to make me feel stupid when I asked about the car having not been serviced in 2 years. He questioned why I hadn’t looked into this myself. I arrived at 6.50 and before even taking me out to see the car he asked if I was going to buy today and that if I was I had to do it by 7.30. That alone put me off buying from them, buying a car is a big purchase and I wanted to be very thorough to make sure I buy the right car so I’m glad I didn’t from them.

I agree. You have done a great job not having bought a car from them. Well done I had a very bad experience to buy an Audi A6 from them just over a month ago and noticed some mechanical faults outright.
Would definitely not recommend. Bought my car a couple of months ago, sales guy was lovely but their managed kept bothering me at least 3 times to buy add on’s after I made it clear I was not interested but lots of dealerships are like this so I wasn’t too bothered. I’d noticed the side bumper panel kept coming out about a month after having it, looks like someone prior to me getting the car had removed it and not clipped it in properly. I was not made aware when purchasing the car and when I rang Big Motoring World they told me it was me who caused it and didn’t even bother trying to help or even listen. This is going to cost me money when I was sold the car in this condition and not made aware. Every time I try to ring they don’t help at all and I’m getting the same scripted lines through email saying there’s nothing they’re willing to do. Terrible, dodgy company who try and scam money out from the minute you get there and falsely advertise the condition of their cars and refuse to help when something goes wrong in the 3 month warranty period. Their customer service team are rude and so unhelpful.

Syed shah in response to Terrible service
So did I. I just bought an Audi A6 from big motoring world just month ago and noticed some mechanical faults outright after purchase. Despite several email correspondence and fone conversation they have not practically done anything to repair. They also refused Audi diagnostic centre report of issues. So Im definitely going to refuse and return this back and claim refund ASAP under right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act if the car is unfit for purpose, of unsatisfactory quality or not as described. You can ask for a repair or replacement, but you're not obliged to accept one and can insist on a full refund, which the dealer will be legally obliged to give.
One of the better big second hand car dealers I have purchased from over the years.

We bought a car in December from these crooks the mileage on the car to the mileage on the paperwork to the mileage it was advertised at was all completely different. I was told they couldn’t change the mileage on the mot certificate even though they had added on 800 miles it’s a legal document and needed to be changed after an argument it was changed. My partner picked the car up and bought it home the following day a warning light malfunction for the parking sensors came on and we was told to book it in at Kia less than 24 hours later I drove the car a few days later and could not believe what i experienced. The handbrake was floppy in my hand and after trying the car out in a private car park the handbrake was up 8 clicks and the car was still driving along the road. It was sold to us with a safety recall which we only found out about by looking it up ourselves which would have explained the horrendous knocking noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Working in the motor trade for a main dealer I took the vehicle in to he checked over to say I was gobsmacked would be an understatement. The whole underside of the car was corroded the brake pads and discs on the rear were corroded the brake callipers and slider were siezed and we were advised that those brakes could have locked on at any time we have bought this car for a newborn to be put into I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in it. The list goes on there were siezed bolts corroded springs and excessive movement in a lower arm but yet the Mot had no advisory items on it at all I drove to big motoring world two weekends running the first time was advised they would sort it the following week and no phone call back and the second was again advised the get it booked in or take it for a second opinion which I did at my place of work. On the third visit the car was going back there to stay. I reluctantly drove it there as it was fear of safety to be told I couldn’t leave it there and it was my responsibility all the time the car was on their premises they took no liability for the inconvenience the stress and the safety they were putting on us and an unborn child. The manager there was laughable told me he accepted no liability for me leaving him the keys or paperwork and that I had to move it myself from west malling to snodland I wasn’t getting back in that vehicle again. If I killed my self or someone else what would they have done then When I tried to book the car in on 10th December I was told they couldn’t look at it until 21st January outside of our 30 day right to back the vehicle suddenly the vehicle was over at snodland and in their workshop on the Monday morning we only dropped it there midday Sunday. Again we was promised phone calls to arrange a refund and told by the manager we may not get it if aftersales didn’t feel we had a point we had more than enough reasons to back this vehicle. We had to call and chase for a decision and the refund no forthcoming from big motoring world. They are a bunch of crooks we paid £15’500 cash for this car and it seems they had our money and never cared. We have since received a full refund and bought a car from a main dealer lesson learnt the car has since been put back up for sale with them I doubt any of the work has been done I just hope no one gets stung like we did
