Purchased a 3 series, service way way above and beyond you would expect from a car sales. Staff were more than helpful to sort out any problems and questions. Will definitely be going back to this company for future cars as well as recommending them to all my family and friends.

Fantastic used car place. The salesmen were great, and really did come across as decent honest people. They weren't pushy at all and didn't try to push me towards anything I didn't want, they recognised that I knew what I wanted and helped me along with that.

I wanted to trade in my Audi A1 for a Smart, after visiting the Enfield branch and viewing a Smart (which I wasn't keen on), I decided to visit the West Malling branch and view one which I had my heart set on. I had an appointment booked and we were seen pretty quick, I didn't want to waste any time so I went straight through with the sale. The salesperson was helpful enough, he managed to take my deposit and get all my contracts signed quick (no surprise), only to find out that as we were about to exchange car keys, they were missing a document which I wasn't informed about prior to going through with everything. Visiting on a Sunday meant I couldn't contact the specific department from Audi, not to mention Big Motoring World didn't want to give me a refund, they'd rather I take another day out of my life and drive back (we wasn't local, it was an hour drive). We spoke to the ‘helpful’ manager who informed us he can’t give a refund, and as all my credit checks were done, it would put a dent in my credit score. We had no choice but to drive back home, and come back the next day. After spending the morning getting this specific document, and dealing with once again ‘helpful’ finance staff, we drove back down to exchange vehicles, yet again we were sat there for a few hours, waiting for MORE credit checks to be done (which made no sense, as all my finance agreement had been approved). After a few hours, we dealt with a lovely lady in the car exchange office, who was friendly, and probably the best person we dealt with within the whole branch, I didn’t manage to catch her name. Fast forward 1 month, I’ve got my Smart car, got rid of my Audi and no longer the keeper of the Audi. Yet, I’m still receiving emails/letters from Audi saying I owe them payments, I’ve missed payments, I need to make these payments asap. I’ve called up the West Malling branch and spoke to a lady in the finance department who informed me the payment was made in June and it’s all been cleared, she gave me a reference number which didn’t match up to my Audi agreement number at all, but she was sure it ‘didn’t make a difference’. After calling up Audi, they told me that the payment had been made which was great, but the number given on payment didn’t match my agreement number, so in actual fact, my settlement figure wasn’t paid off and the payment had been sitting in the bank account not allocated to the Audi. After a phone call with Audi, they matched up the payment to the car and cleared my settlement figure. To make matters worse, Big Motoring World had managed to sell on my old Audi, but couldn’t close my account with them. To conclude, I’d have rather gone elsewhere if I knew I would be chasing up my old car a month later to sort out the payment that Big Motoring World should have taken care of, the customer service was awful (except for the car key exchange lady), and as any car sellers, the only thing they care about is the £££.

Bought my last two cars from this garage and probably would go anywhere else! Reliable amazing conditioned cars and guys are all friendly and so helpful
