Got the car of my dreams, only to realise its a nightmare. got my car in January only to have the management light come on two days later, it took a few weeks to get it into their garage for them to repair it (problems with the ad-blue and various other sensors)which would have all been present at the time of sale but must have just reset it for it to sell. one week later management light is back on, but due to covid every where is locked down and closed.which is no fault of there's but once re-opened had to wait 2 months for a appointment, now the car is back in with them and I have no idea what they are doing but its been there for four weeks. I ring, I email and all I'm told is they are waiting on a part first i was told a DPF, now being told a catalytic converter. these are standard exhaust parts and are available on next day delivery, but just not for them. the girls that you speak to on the phone are friendly but can never give you a Awnser to a question and all was say they will get back to you, but alass they never do. other issues I have had was car sold to me with 3 bald tyres which was not road legal and also there was a advisory on the mot (which they did) for a buckled wheel, now the strange thing with this is they had all 4 wheels refurbished ( a paint job to make look pretty) but didn't address the buckle. so the car is still with them I have no idea when I'm getting it back and I'm still having to pay for it and insure it 7 months on. I would not recommend you buying anything from them
