In December; I traded my Jaguar XF (bought from Binks of Beccles) for a Jaguar XE. Having driven the car for a week it developed a fault and the car was taken back to Binks for diagnosis and susequently a new part was fitted. A few weeks later and the fault recurred, this time the car was back with Binks for a full week; the fault has been rectified with more new parts having been required. I have now driven a few long distance trips and I have to say; it's like a different car. The improvement was immediately noticeable and I am delighted with the car and with Binks' attitude to the problem throughout. Yes, it's been a bit tiresome for us and for the staff at Binks but with a little positive thinking and understanding all round, the problem was solved. I might add that I was always provided with a clean and fuelled courtesy car while my car was in for repair. The XE is the third car that I have bought from Binks of Beccles, I have bought from many local dealers in the past, I wll not chance my luck with another dealer while i have them to buy a car from. Bought 62 plate bmw Car has been back 7 times for faults.found out steering rack has failed on a car with 41000 miles on clock.garage don't want to know.taking further action against Binks of Beccles.

I decided to change my car but knew I needed guidance as I am an elderly lady on my own. On arrival at Binks of Beccles, the ladies on reception were very kind and helpful and the sales manager advised me really well for my particular needs. I purchased a Nissan Note which has proved to be an ideal choice . I am very happy to recommend Binks of Beccles as as professional and reliable garage

Bought a car from Binks of Beccles- everything was wonderful, even got a 15 month warranty! Then after 5 months the car broke down- Binks couldn't help for days so had to get it sorted elsewhere. Then it broke down 3 more times in next 5 months with the same problem. Stranded all 4 times with children in the car. Back and forth to Binks, car patched up and forced back on me though I knew it still wasn't running right. Warranty (from a company) no use apparently. Citroen dealer practically condemned it. Only way I could go forward was to buy another car from Binks, more money- it developed problems 8 days later. Finally was able to get some cash back from Binks so could go elsewhere but lost about £2400 on £4000 car in a year. Only gave one star ratings because unable to give none!!

I am concerned to read this review especially after the service which my staff offered to Mrs H... Unfortunately, when Mrs H... initially had a problem with her car she took it to a local garage and therefore we were unable to investigate the fault and the repair which they completed. When we were involved, at a later date, the car was low of oil. Several months and 7000 miles later, the oil required changing and this rectified the fault. This model of car does require regular oil changes, and Citroen do suggest this on their older models of diesel engines. Mrs H... was offered a courtesy car FOC when her car was in for repair, but she declined to accept one. I understand this was due to her concern about driving other cars. I appreciate that Mrs H.. had a problem with this car during her 12 months of ownership, but all costs relating to the warranty were covered by Binks. My staff are committed to offering a high standard of personal service at all times
I have had my car for a few months now. There was one small issue with it when I first got it but the dealers got this all sorted for me straight away. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The car was in great condition and I really good price and the whole experience buying my car was smooth and stress free.

I bought a Seat Ibiza from here back in August. The car was clean and in good condition other than a small chip and the the car has only had a couple of minor issues that the dealers resolved very quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a BMW from this dealership back in June. The car was very clean and in good condition and the dealer was helpful and quite knowledgeable. Despite the dealer saying that the car had been serviced, the dash light has come on so I will have to contact him about that. Other than that I am happy and would recommend this dealership.

No issues with this dealership, I bought a ford focus back in June and I have had no issues with it at all its been perfect. It was okay value for money and was immaculate. I would highly recommend Binks Of Beccles in Suffolk.
