So I went to purchase a Football, and ended up with a Ford Puma from MotorTrust. The Ford Puma has been amazing, and my experience has been brilliant. There was not much pressure, and everyone was friendly. My niece purchased a car from there last year and spoke really highly of them as well.

I’ve known Jamie for a long time, and I live in the local area. I have always bought my cars through Jamie and Dean. They are very honest people, and they will tell you about the problems with the car and do their best to get the issues resolved. A lot of my family have also used Birchwood Motor Centre. I've never had a bad experience. They're a big part of the local community.

Dean was lovely and always there to help when we needed him. Birchwood is local to us and we had driven past and seen them, they had a few cars we were interested in so we went down to see them. Overall both the car and service was really good, I'd go back to them and recommend them.

The site at Birchwood was really good, they even have a track onsite where you can test drive the car without having to take it out onto the road which stood out to me. Jamie was really lovely and a good help, in fact everyone was lovely. The MG has been absolutely fine.

There has been a couple of issues with the Ford Kuga including a ball joint knocking which has been sorted but there's still an issue with water leaking in. But Birchwood have done everything I asked them to. They've said to get a quote for the repairs and they will pay for everything. I dealt with Kelvin and the service was good overall.

I dealt with Jamie at Birchwood who was the same person who sold me my first ever car so I found it nice to have dealings with the same person again. The Kuga has been absolutely fine and any issues I have had they have sorted everything for me. Its definitely 5/5 for them.

The Nissan Juke is great! There were a few scratches that have been repaired, and some have come back through. Throughout the sale, I dealt with Royden, he wasn’t available when I went to collect the car, and I dealt with his colleague, Dean. The whole experience was perfect. The paperwork and all of that was straightforward, and the car is generally good.

Absolutely brilliant experience with the dealership and the bloke who dealt. I am still waiting for a replacement button for the dimmer on the dash. Other than that, everything has been good.
