I recently purchased my first-ever car from Birchwood, a VW Polo, and I am very pleased with it. I did some practice driving over the weekend, and I’m finding it great so far. I dealt with Taj for the majority of the sale, and he was really helpful and professional. It was a quick process, and I have to say that for my first time buying a car, it was a great experience.

I am really pleased with my new vehicle; it’s such a lovely car. I had a Jeep previously, but it wasn’t for me anymore. The Nissan Pulsar is just great, and I’d give it a 12/10! I’ve been going to Birchwood for a while, and each time, they are really good. I am always pleased with the service they provide. Luke, who helped me on the day, was really thorough and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. I couldn’t be happier.

Kelvin was really great. I found him to be genuine and he took the time to go through everything about the car with me, as I had my heart set on a specific one. He made sure to go over all the aspects with me. He also came across as honest and had great communication. It made my first experience with Birchwood an amazing one.

My daughter and I recently purchased an A1 from Birchwood Motor Centre and although there was an issue with the tyres and we needed them replacing Jamie got us booked in and sorted this for us with urgency. The service he provided was great and my daughter loves the car. Overall I am pleased with the experience.

I saw the BMW 1 Series advertised online and went to view it in person at Birchwood. The car was as described, and pictures were sent to me beforehand by Tej at the dealership, as it had just come online. I am really enjoying the car—no problems whatsoever. I would definitely go back to Birchwood in the future.

Very happy with the service received at Birchwood. The staff were all so lovely and nice; I didn’t feel like anyone was pushy. I mainly dealt with Kelvin and another man, who, as mentioned, were both so polite. I went for a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer, and I am very happy with it so far. I use it most days to get to work, and I’ve had no issues. It took me about 30 minutes to get to Birchwood, and I’ve driven past when on my way to work before. I saw the car advertised on AutoTrader, and I am pleased with my decision on both the dealership and the vehicle.

5 stars from me! I have had vans in the past but recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Birchwood. It is different from what I am used to, but I am definitely enjoying it.
