I was given as much time as I wanted when I was viewing the Mercedes, it was nice to break away from the hard selling salesman. Kelvin was my salesman when purchasing my Ford Focus and he was absolutely perfect. He really went out of his way for me and ensured that the transaction was as smooth as possible. He answered every question I had and showed me around the car in great depth. He gave me the keys and let me take the car for a test drive. I fell in love right away and haven't looked back since. It has been running so smoothly and hasn't cost me a single penny in repairs up to now so all is going well! I cannot give a single fault about the service provided by BMC. I did have a minor issue with the car and they got it in the garage straight away and resolved this for me. Within a matter of hours I was back to driving my car, and it has been perfect since the fault was resolved. The service they provide is on another level, they are fantastic from to start to finish and even after. The transaction was so fast and efficient and was completely hassle free. I would definitely return to these guys for my next car, but for now I'm super happy with my Mokka!

Dean is an credit to Birchwood, he was brilliant from the get go and always kept us updated with the progress. He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated for, he couldn't have done much better. Birchwood Motor Centre are up there with the best dealership I've purchased a vehicle. They really go the extra mile and make sure you have the most successful experience, with-out the usual stress. The lads at the garage, are really really helpful and very clued up.
