Spot on down here. The boys sorted me right out and very quickly. all timeframes were exceeded and the lads pulled a blinder with this motor, its tip top - made up and very pleased with the way things worked out.

I found the salesperson really great to deal with, it was effortless and easy. There were no exaggerated statements made about the Qashqai I bought...everything was as it was, he told you as it is, I liked this straight talking approach which is why I recommend them to others. The car is fantastic, been a dream, no issues very happy.

The service from Birchwood Motor Centre was excellent, the thing that stood out to me the most was the level of communication, we spoke over Whats app and also phone calls, I was provided regular updates at every stage. I think the communication is really important, and this dealer is the perfect example. I love driving my new BMW and would definitely recommend - 5 stars from me 😊
