I've had my Nissan Juke for 5 weeks now, and I’m absolutely loving it! It’s a lovely, lovely car. Kelvin was the gentleman who looked after me and he very informative, not pushy at all, and super helpful. Definitely a 5* service! This is my 3rd or 4th time going back to Birchwood Motor Centre, and the guys are so experienced. It’s always a nice atmosphere, and the transaction from part exchanging my KA to the Juke was easy. Every time I go in, it gives me peace of mind knowing I’ll be in good hands. First-class service!

My third purchase from these guys. Birchwood have been great, and Jamie was really nice and professional, and didn’t pressure or rush me. It was a simple process from beginning to end.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and great to talk to. From the outset Kelvin understood my problems and the need for a small SUV. My daughter has cancer and getting into and out of a ford focus was very difficult. After a test drive I left a deposit and returned a few days later to buy the car. Together we sorted the road tax and exchange documents. Overall it was a great experience.

I'm really happy with my new MG. Every car I buy is from these guys as I just trust them. I always have a good experience. I used to be quite local to them, but i'm not any longer. But nevertheless I still make the journey down to them specifically every time. Their customer service is genuinely perfect. Dean is the one who always deals with me when I come down and I cannot fault him, he is great every time. There is never any surprise or hidden costs, so you know you aren't being misled. I will continue to come down and would 100% recommend them to others.

My overall experience out of 10 I would say was a 9. I was assisted by Dean who was super helpful and clear on the process from start to finish. We were able to apply for finance and collect the car all within 24 hours. He was super friendly when we arrived for collection and we were given the opportunity to test drive the car before purchasing which was great.

I haven’t actually had the chance to drive the car as I’m on holiday! My brother took the delivery, so I can’t say much about the drive of the car, but we were chuffed with it on the day we went down to the dealership. In terms of customer service though they’ve been great and kept me updated throughout the whole process, absolutely amazing communication. And as a bonus the car was very fairly priced!

My new Vauxhall had a minor issue with it, I took it back to the dealership thinking I’ll just get it checked to be safe, but I’m not bothered about getting it fixed right now. The dealerships were the ones who insisted they repair it, as they wanted everything to be perfect for me. They have gone out of their way and have been so happy to help. My son has brought a car off them before, hence why I went down, because he had such a good experience.

Honestly had to recommend the dealership to my sister and tell her to visit for her car purchase as they were amazing. They were accommodating, and the car is lovely, it drives so nice, and I’ve had no issues at all. They were honestly so quick; I was so surprised with how little hassle the process was. I overestimated the stress it would cause me on the day of the purchase.

Thanks to these guys for my new Vauxhall. I am loving it, and so far, touchwood having no issues. I pulled into a petrol station to get a newspaper, and these guys had an AD in there. I know it’s not the most common way to come across a dealership I must say. They were great when I got there. The process was very easy, I was offered a test drive and refreshments, and given all the relevant information. The car was spotless and ready for me to take it. It literally felt like a brand-new car.
