I absolutely LOVE my X1... I just want to keep it this nice forever - I've even kept the paper foot mats in so the car doesn't get dirty! I'm made up with it, and the service provided by the dealership. I popped in on the off chance and totally fell in love with it straight away. I just had to buy it, there was no way I was walking away from it. I did however need a bit of time to sort old car etc so they arranged for it to be delivered the following week. I cannot thank Dean and Birchwood Motor centre enough! It wasn't like your run of the mill garage - I found them to be very honest and trustworthy. Everything they did was with the customer in mind. Spot on service.

Apart from the car being perfect, and the great deal offered, the main reason we bought was the salesman (Jamie) super nice and professional guy, no hassle, no pressure, we were left to our own devices to check the car out. Handy test track next door also was a bonus. Highly recommend for an honest dealer, we’re very happy

Picked up a Mercedes convertible for my wife today, and I give these guys 11/10 honestly, no pressure, no hassle , and super nice and professional. Also they gave us a great deal, I’ve bought probably 40 cars in my 59 years, and this was the nicest experience by far. There own test track next door is pretty cool also. I would highly recommend this dealership if your after quality and service. A breath of fresh air.

Love love love my new mini 😀 I was really nervous with test driving and Jamie put me at ease immediately by giving me access to a road that wasn’t on the main one. From the moment I walked in they could not do enough for me from the choosing, the buying, the delivery and the aftercare they have been absolutely faultless. Had a few motors of the lads at Birchwood, I wouldn't have bought from them again if they wasn't a good dealership and decent motors. I like the way they work, very straight forward, always a cracking deal on the price and part exchange, they look after me. Most recent buy is a Vauxhall Zafira and its a lovely motor, very happy with it and in top condition, the lads did me good here. If you're looking for a new motor, these boys will sort you out - I highly recommend to everybody and I wouldn't do so if I didnt trust them myself, very good dealership with excellent staff, stock and service.
