Birchwood was actually recommended to me by my uncle. I am glad I went down because I love my new BMW. The salesman was really helpful and informative, and would recommend Birchwood to others.

I work on cars myself and know my fair share. So when going down to Birchwood, thankfully the salesman left me to it, checked the car out myself and it meant I could focus without all the added hassle, so really appreciate the space he gave me. Car is running great, so no complaints from me.

The customer service at Birchwood is really good. They’re responsive if there have been any issues, and overall, they have been really transparent and helpful, so cannot complain.

The Renault is getting on well, had no issues so far with it, which is always a positive. The garage themselves were really kind, and helpful. They did everything I needed them to do, so I’m happy. It was my first time going down to Birchwood motors, but I would go again.

Aside from a little hiccup with the battery, which Birchwood Motors has been on top of to get sorted, everything is perfect. It was my first time getting a car from them, and honestly, I was over the moon. It was delivered to me, was really clean, and the delivery process was really easy. They kept me updated at all times, communicating with me when I would receive the car.
