My boyfriend told me to get my car from these guys as he gets all his from there. My Grandam actually also brought a vehicle from there after I did because I told her how good they were. The purchase was straightforward and there was no hassle or stress. They gave me a test drive, talked me through the car and told me everything I needed to. I would absolutely go back and have already recommended them to others.

Unfortunately the parts I needed for my car aren’t in stock and won’t be for a few months. So, I was advised to change my car, as I would have been without one for a while. The dealer has been amazing. They have been so helpful it’s unreal. The communication from them has been to the highest standard, emailing me, sorting out everything from their end, keeping me updated and constantly checking on me. No complaints from me at all, just waiting for the phone call to tell me I can collect my new car.

Came across these guys on Autotrader and they had the BMW I wanted, so I decided to head down. The car looked exactly as the pictures online, so I was relieved. It drives so well mechanically. The team were really helpful and so kind. They were very straightforward and there was no hard selling or pushing, so the decision was entirely mine. They told me all I needed to know and gave me the time I needed to decide.

I received good customer service overall, I’d say I was provided sufficient information whenever I asked. The only thing I’d say for feedback is communication other than that, amazing!
