I used Birchwood Motor Centre recently to buy my new Toyota Yaris and it was an amazing experience. The car is fabulous, Im really enjoying it. But I have to say the star of the show has to be Jamie, he was amazing with me. You see I am from the Ukraine, and English isn't my 1st language, so I was struggling slightly in parts to understand, but Jamie slowed everything down for me, he spent along time with me to help me understand everything, I left the dealership with confidence in my new car, as Jamie explained everything so thoroughly to me. Thank you Jamie, your time and kindness will never be forgotten and if I ever need a car again, Jamie will be the only one that I will go to

What a great dealership! - I've had my car for over a month now, and I love it! I'm driving it every day, so I've put some miles on it. You wouldn't be able to tell that it's a second hand car because the drive is so smooth. I would highly recommend this company.

It my first time visiting this company, I left feeling very happy in my Vauxhall Zafira Tourer! Mitch was very straight forward and told me everything I needed to know about the car, so I've got to give him credit for that. For that reason, I would happily come back in the future.

This is my 3rd car that I've purchased from Birchwood because they never let me down! On this occasion, I went for the Peugeot 108 and it's a lovely car. Even though it's a small car, my German Shepherd still approves, which is all that matters. Mitch has looked after me over the years & for that reason, I will always come back.

He walked me around the showroom and talked about all the cars they have on offer, as well as giving me some good answers to my questions. After seeing a couple of cars, I was very interested in the Nissan Qashqai, so I took it out on a test drive and it really helped the decision making process.

40 years ago I bought a car from Paul, I was his very 1st customer and it was a truly great car he sold me. Now looking to present day I have had a unthinkable amount of cars from him, and not one has ever let me down. I went for a Nissan Qashqai this time round and it is as usual, l perfect in every way. We are heading down to Cornwall in a few weeks, and cannot wait to get it out on a long drive. I refuse to insult this business , who feel like family to me a 5* I would say at the very very least 10* would be allot fairer.
