I got my previous car from Birchwood Motor Centre a few years ago, and due to everything being simple and efficient, I decided to go again for the Vauxhall Mokka, and upto now it has been great! As per my previous experience, the lads were very helpful, made everything dead quick and the turnaround was really quick too. No issues to raise, and it goes without saying I'll be back for another down the line!

We bought this Micra for the wife as the previous one was a bit old and haggard, and she is very impressed with it upto now, it is a lovely little car! I will be going straight back to Birchwood in a few months when I am after a new one, as I have the wifes old car now, and she's put too many dints in the car for my liking! I was really impressed with how easy the sale was, and would definitely pass on my recommendations!

The team made everything so smooth and easy for me, it was my first time buying a car so naturally I was a bit nervous. Everything was laid out plain and simple, and all the cars tech was explained before I took it away! I am really happy with y car, and have already recommended a few of my friends to have a look!

Without a doubt I would definitely go back to the guys if I was after another car, they were so kind and courteous and made me feel really welcome at their premises. I decided to go with an 18 plate Ford Fiesta, and I am so happy with my decision, it is a lovely car and has definitely met my expectations up to now. The customer service from the gents was great, I felt well looked after and cared for from beginning to end. All of my questions were answered, and no pressure was applied to go through with the sale, I felt very clued up about the Yaris before leaving. My last 3 BMW's have been brilliant so when I was upgrading I wanted to stick with them, I went with a 19 plate 1 Series and its perfect, I love the car very much and enjoy it every time I'm behind the wheel. It was all done very quickly, has to be the quickest car purchase Ive made they don't mess around and they are very good at what they do, especially Jamie. Ill be back in a few years, and thanks again.
