First time buying a car from Birchwood Motor Centre and I couldn't be happier. The car is running great, I had a slight problem with a funny noise when I was going over bumps, but as soon as I called Mitch he couldn't have been more helpful, due to my busy work schedule I couldn't leave the car there today but Mitch has informed me to give him 24 hours notice for when I can bring it down and he will have it in the garage being fixed for me. Mitch and the rest of the lads down there display absolutely magnificent customer service, the most friendly, helpful dealership I have ever used. Defiantly the place to go and I have already been recommended this dealer to lots of my friends and family.

As a family we have been using Birchwood Motor Centre for years and they have never let us down. This time round i picked up a Vauxhall Grandland, with the help of Dean the salesman who was ever so nice. For the first time ever I had a minor problem with the car, but the guys were outstanding. As soon as I mentioned any problem they had it back in and fixed it so quickly, since them to car has been solid and its honestly a great car.

Jamie at Birchwood Motor Centre assisted us whilst we were looking for a new car, I have to say he is a credit to Birchwood! He is absolutely charming and a real proper gent - Nothing was too much trouble for him. We bought a Mini Countryman and the car is magnificent I'm thoroughly enjoying the car, and I am thrilled to bits. Without question would defiantly recommend him and the dealership to any of my friends and family.

As my son has recently passed his driving test, we were on the look out for a safe little car for him to start off with. After some chats with work colleagues the same dealer kept on being recommended, Birchwood every-time! So one weekend we headed over, Mitch greeted us and helped us, he showed us lots of different options that would be best for a 1st time driver. As soon as we found the Fiesta we knew that it was the one. We have had the car now for about a month and it has been fabulous and my son adores his new wheels!

I absolutely love our new little Yaris I recently bought from Birchwood, It is the first smaller car we have had and I tell you what it is better than any big fancy car I have ever had. Literally thought the fuel gauge was broken as it it wasn't going down - no, its just got phenomenal fuel consumption. Honestly I couldn't be happier and to put the cherry on top Jamie who helped me was 100%, couldn't fault the fella.

I am a returning customer and I can't tell how how brilliant the guys are down here. Honestly, such a good bunch of lads. I bought my previous car from them which ran like a dream the whole time I had it, I let the sales advisor know that I was looking for a Mokka and it turns out he didn't have one, I asked if he could get one in and I'll be there straight away. He gave me a call once he had found one and no word of a lie he got me the best Mokka he could of ever got me. It had full service history, every single document, low milage, you best believe I ran to that dealership... I didn't walk, I RAN! All of my family buy from these guys because their customer service is absolutely A1! I would give these guys 5 stars all day long! I actually would go anywhere else now!

Mitchel was the most helpful chap even when I was going though the process. He was so patient with me and found the best car that suited me well which I am so happy about. All of the dealership I went to previously, the staff were so impatient with me and so pushy, but down at Birchwood Motor Centre there was non of this. Just kindness, happiness and a lovely sales advisor!

I used Birchwood Motors 6 years ago and because of personal reason I had to get a new car, quickly - I didn't really want to because the one I had initially was running a treat. Anyway, I came back down because I knew they had some nice cars and bobs your uncle I got what I wanted. I part exchanged the old car in and the deal was done. This is an excellent service that I have recommended to so many people. I would defo go back again when ready.
