Bought bmw from BJH Motors that had numerous problems with sensors and all the injectors. Passes all query and says speak to warrenty which doesn’t cover injectors. Now saying well he can’t do anything about it. And hung up on me on the other phone.

BJH Motors sold a car with apparently a new mot with no advisories but 1 month in had to replace discs and pad. Had other issues with the car aswell but can't be bothered to write it all down. Sales advisor is lets say less than helpful when there are issues with the car (all happy when it comes to buying the car though. Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Concider their cars sold as seen. Would never recommend them to anyone. Steer clear.
Have a problem with electric front mirrors, told by BJH Motors the car should have bits that don’t work not happy with how this is being delt with, I feel paying £10,000 for a car buys you something good !! Apparently I should get out the car and move the Mirrors rather expecting them to work.
I bought a Astra vxr from here and got it delivered at 1.30pm and by 5.30 car had EML on and sounded terrible,I was told to take it to Vauxhall who would check it out,was told by Vauxhall the problem was from non genuine engine part been fitted to engine which bjh new about as this was checked and documented in history yet still sent car out,I told them I was returning car and they drove 200 miles to pick it up without informing me,they also taxed the car for 6 month then asked me for money,all in all very unprofessional and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone

Car has recurrent fault, three repairs, repair manager at BJH Motors tells me one thing,salesman’s very helpful advice was..suck it and see..! Does that mean I just chance breaking down again with grandchildren on board??

I bought a Volvo C30 T5 from BJH Motors back in November (2016). I liked the guy's (Richard) attitude right from the start, he's very straight forward and down to earth. There were a couple of misunderstandings when I collected the car which meant it had not been MOT'd or valeted, I wasn't concerned one bit about the valeting anyway as the car was pretty much spotless anyway. Richard sorted out an MOT for the car through a very reputable station here in my area in no time and apart from having to drive about half a mile to get it done I incurred no problems or costs whatsoever. I'm completely satisfied with the deal i got from BJH, they're about a 1h 40min drive from where I live but I wouldn't hesitate to make that journey again when I next need a car. Thank you Richard, you are an unusually honest guy and a good bloke to deal with.

Yes - in our hurry to get the car ready we hadn't finished the MOT off so we could issue the certificate - human error on the mechanics part - so we punished him by making him do oil changes on only the dirtiest of cars for a month..!! All sorted though - glad we could help !! Thanks

Perfect experience with this dealership. I purchased a Subaru Legacy back in August. The car was clean and in good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it what so ever. The dealers were very helpful, genuine and friendly and the car was a fantastic price. I would Definitely recommend this dealership.
