We found a car we liked with the garage and contacted them. From the moment we spoke to them they were amazing. Helpful, efficient, friendly. We travelled from Manchester and trusted what we were told about the condition of the car. We have been told before by dealers about a car then gone to see it and it's not been like the pictures. This car was exactly how the pictures looked and what they said. Talk about going above and beyond. They even picked us up from the train station to take us to the garage to get the car. They have made it clear If we need anything to just call them and you can see nothing is too much trouble for this friendly welcoming business. Thankyou all so much.

1 am extremely thrilled with the service from Blackburns UK. From start to finish they were professional and helpful. The car I purchased was delivered when stated by a very polite gentleman. We had an issue with the engine which occurred during it's delivery to us but that was sorted without issue. I would most definitely use Blackburn of Darlington again and highly recommend them. Excellent service & experience This was my first time purchasing a car without seeing it & taking it for a test drive first so I was very nervous about it all in the beginning. My first contact Matt was very informative & gave me the reassurance & confidence I needed to go ahead with the purchase. The vehicle was delivered as promised at the arranged time to my home 6 hours away by Stephen who again filled me with confidence as we walked around the vehicle for inspection. We noticed 1 tiny part missing from the parcel shelf so he was on the phone immediatly to order the part which arrived a few days later. I have also been told to get in touch if I have any other issues with the vehicle. This whole experience has been excellelent from the very beginning & I would highly recommend them as a company to deal with & purchase a vehicle from where ever you live in the UK.

I contacted Matt regarding a vehicle, he immediately sent me photos. I agreed to purchase and I travelled by train and was met at Darlington railway station. The car was totally as described by Matt, and Ian one of Matt's team was a complete gentleman in explaining the various functions of the vehicle and completing the sale. The car is fab and I would certainly recommend Blackburns to anyone.
