Had not been to this dealer for well over a year and was met with this from the salesman “Have you been here before, are you serious this time?” Had a short test drive in a Range Rover on the Wednesday but wasn’t sure as there was blue smoke coming from the exhaust so returned on the following Saturday to test drive to check this again. Salesman again:- “You can’t keep coming here test driving cars”. No problems - I’ll take my £20,000 elsewhere. If you want a welcoming smile and courteous service then go elsewhere. Avoid.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff with lots of choices of cars. Their cars are all very well priced too, I couldn't find any cheaper for the same quality In the area. I was really pleased with the discovery I brought from them. They completed all jobs as promised and to a high standard. I will be returning to get my car serviced in the future. Brilliant garage and would highly recommend.

Bought a Discovery 3 from blackdown 4x4, it's a complicated vehicle so I wanted to have back up and knowledge from a specialist. A friend purchased a vehicle last year and has had fantastic service. Purchased car from Blackdown 4x4 and was promised it would be serviced before I picked it up. service book was stamped but subsequent checks by main dealer correcting problems under warranty showed that no service had been carried out. Beware.
