I recently purchased a Leon Cupra from here and was very happy with the service from the beginning. I ordered it via facebook initially and was sent a great video because I could not get down to the dealership that day. They did all my finance and everything was ready for me to pick up within a week. The contactless handover and cleanliness/safety/social distancing aslo put me at ease. Would recommend.

Went in to enquire about a new Seat Ibiza. Dealt with Stephen who was very knowledgeable about the car and made sure that all of my questions and queries were answered. Stephen did everything he could to ensure that I got the best.ppssible deal for my new car. Within the week I was driving away in my new Ibiza for a great price. I even received a free gift as a thank you on the day of pick up. Very happy with the service and will definitely reccomend Sear Blackpool to anyone.

I contacted Seat wanting a change and a better deal than I already had and Stephen made this process very easy for me. There was no issues in me test driving a few to get a good idea of them after Stephen listening to what I needed/wanted he offered me a very good offer which was hard to refuse and so I walked away with a brand new arona which I am completely happy with. I will definitely be back!

Went to Seat and was greeted by steve the salesman after enquiring on phone about a used ibiza went over details and took car for a teat drive absolutely loved it great drive very smooth steve was very friendly and had a great knowledge of the car after test drive i was told with the current deals on i cod actually have a brand new car for £20 extra a month which would come with the extras and no mot for 3 years so was to good to.pass up then came to choosing a car and after telling him i was an everton fan he said he had something right up my street and this is where the car comes in a limited edition one time only version white car wrapped half blue with a Toro kit on it saw the car instantly fell in love and bought it on the spot absolutely love the car and the attention it gets and the service from start to finish was fantastic couldnt of been happier i will be returning next time i buy a car for sure

Came in just to have a look at some of the Seat cars, heard from friends they were good, was greeted at the door by this lovely lad Louie and he sat us down with a hot coffee and made the whole experience so easy and wasn’t pushy at all, would 100% recommended these guys!

First spotted the deal on Facebook so enquired via messenger. I was interested and it was apparent this person wanted a deal from the get go quite persistent. Anyway as the deal seemed reasonable it turned to phone call. Everything quite smoothly from there sent me a video run around of the car but pointed out a large dint on the rear left side of the boot so said that would be sorted in time for collection. Took a 100 pound deposit to secure car and given me a date. I don’t live local to Blackpool seat so it means having to plan around my varied shift which Morgan (salesman) was aware of. I was given the first date which was fine I asked if I should change my insurance for then in which he said I don’t see why not but would give me 5 day free insurance just in case. I didn’t change my insurance just due to the uncertainty so low and behold I got a phone call giving another date due to Morgan not seeing it had some damage to the boot and said “he didn’t spot it on the video” yet he pointed it out. I got given another date which we sorted around my shifts again. This time I was certain it would be fine so changed my insurance for that day to pick it up. 2 days before picking it up got delayed again because the body shop didn’t do a good enough job? So this left me uninsured on my own car, out of pocket for switching over and stressed having to sort that all out because I still have to travel to work and to pick the car up! At this point I didn’t even want the car I was so fed up and infuriated with the shocking level of customer service I’d received. Unfortunately it was too late to turn back with signing the documents electronically weeks before. We arranged the 3rd date to pick it up but as I mentioned I was really unhappy with the whole process. I asked about my deposit on the 4th jan and only now have I just received it which is ridiculous. The only thing I got was so apologies via WhatsApp and a full tank of petrol due to the distance travelled but that wasn’t even ready when I arrived. Was given a time of 11am arrived bang on 11 and Morgan said “oh I thought you was going to be late so I’ve not sorted the car yet” presuming his customers where going to be late? I honestly can’t believe this salesman. This meant us waiting longer. The process in the dealership was painful and overall I would not recommend using Blackpool seat or Morgan.

Nope ! Left a comment on the Blackpool Seat Facebook page about a car not having alot of power and received back very crude comments.
