I'm absolutely thrilled with my new personal and work car—it's fantastic! One of the things I love most is that it sits higher than my previous vehicle, which gives me a much safer feeling on the road. While I can't recall the gentleman's name who assisted me, I do remember him being super friendly and informative. He made sure to understand my specifications and ensured I got exactly what I was looking for. My new BMW X6 is an absolute treat—definitely something I feel like I deserve! 😄

I recently purchased a Bentley Bentayga from Blackstone Motors, and I am extremely happy with my purchase and experience. Having previously owned a Jaguar, I'm still trying to get use to the size difference, mainly with parking it, but the more I use it the more comfortable I'm becoming with it. This dealership has earnt my trust and future business, there's nowhere else I would go to buy a car after my experience with Blackstone. The dealership is by far the best I've ever purchased from, and I have bought lots of cars in my time. They are honest, transparent and trustworthy - what more could you want? When I arrived to view and test drive the Range Rover, I was welcomed by the sales team, offered a hot and cold drink and everything seemed very well organised. I had every intention of taking the car away that day, it was perfect for me and the price was competetive compared to what was on the market. Before we finalised the details, they sent the car for some final checks before releasing it to me, a small fault was found on the car. Rather than covering this up (like most would), and handing over a potentially problematic vehicle, the salesman was apologetic and said, we won't release the car to you until we have rectified the fault. They arranged for a cab to take me home, covering the cost and then later delivered the car to my home address, free of charge. Its this extra mile that truly impressed me, as a customer I was looked after, valued and respected, nothing but 10/10 service. Having had less than great experiences with previous Range Rovers, this car has been a breath of fresh air. Three weeks in, and it's been smooth sailing – no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new car and a outstanding customer experience.

A short while after taking ownership of the Range Rover, I discovered a slight noise, I contacted Blackstone and was amazed at the prompt, willingness to help resolve - before even knowing what the issue was. The salesman quickly organised for the car to be collected from my home, and within a matter of days the car was returned back to me, noise resolved and an extra valet done! I was astounded. I've been in situations previously when buying cars and felt very much 'We have your money now, its your problem' after the sale - not here, the after care service matches the excellent customer service at sale. Its so refreshing dealing with a reliable, honest and reputable dealer - this dealership breaks away from any negative reputation that car dealers/salesman hold. A review of my Porsche Macan purchase: Professional and friendly team of experts, fantastic product knowledge, excellent communication and customer care skills. The condition of the car is immaculate, spotlessly clean, prepared to a high standard and any minor touch ups exceeded my expectations!
