I Bought a van from Blaneys Commercials last year and didn't have any problems so I returned to them hoping for the same result. When I got the van home I discovered numerous faults, mainly with the side and rear doors, I have thousand of pounds of tools in the back which were vulnerable as a result, the dealer was reluctant to fix it, not very sympathetic and was only willing to help if I drove 30 miles back to the garage which when I have to miss work with 2 other people on my payroll would be very expensive. They had me over a barrel and they knew it. They should not have sold me the van with those issues in the first place. Too much hassle in the end I'm arranging and paying the repairs myself closer to home.

Looking through different platforms and this is the first time it’s been brought to my attention of your problem. We are always here to help with any issues regarding our vans ( there’s not many in our years of selling vans) but if you can’t get the vehicle back into us for us to rectify the problem unfortunately there’s not much we can do. If there’s a problem with anything you buy today clothes, Electrical Goods etc you need to return the product to fix the problem and the same with a van no matter where you buy them from. Hopefully when in the market again for a van you will give us a call and I’m sure we will do our best to look after you and hopefully continue the relationship. Regards Grant Blaney
