I contacted Blue Motors in Liverpool and wanted to know rough estimate of my car's part exchange. The guy was very rude to me and tried to be bullying by saying my car is not very good (to put it politely) and its not worth anything they were also saying that I had insulted them by asking them for an estimate. AVOID BLUE MOTORS IN LIVERPOOL. Thank God I didn't buy from them.

Hello, now I shall explain the truth and what really happened..... You called our garage enquiring about a Toyota Prius we had in stock and asked if we took part exchange. I said we did and asked for the details on your car. You told us you had a 2003 Toyota Avensis 1.8 Automatic which had high mileage and the bodywork was in poor condition. I then asked you how much you wanted for the car and you said £2000!!! Its actual true would be around £500. You then laughed and said that was far to low and then started to say my car was too expensive so at this point I put the phone down. You then rang back to say I was rude so I did reply that you had insulted me by asking for a ridiculous price for your car and then started to put my car down. I'm glad we didn't do business too, thank you.
The car I purchased from Blue Motors was a category c write off, it was listed on their site as HPI clear. There was no tow bar as they claimed, no LPG paperwork but website claimed a certificate would be provided. The warranty I took out cost £300 for was void as they don't cover cars that are cat c. I am not happy and do not recommend Blue Motors in Liverpool.
