Dealt with a serious dent on our new BMW by “repairing” it like a naughty teenager so as to disguise it. Denied when it fell apart it was even a repair. BMW do not make clearly if you buy here your contract is with an independent 3rd party so will not help. Only way to avoid arrange a £500 inspection by the AA and a bodyshop before driving away. Even if built to order. Good luck
Unfortunately I've been burnt by this garage, a combination of failings on an ex-demo M5 (the GSM's car) that was sold to me at distance with issues that they have refused to resolve or help with. Car had wheel judder that I had to sort out, it transpired that three alloys had been badly refurbished and started corroding when the car was a year old. After 18 months all alloys were in bad shape and Eastern refused to help or contribute to the cost of a proper wheel refurbishment job. The car had software issues that flagged several warnings to BMW including coolant engine failure... I had to get these looked at and ECU reset at my local dealer which is fine... but Eastern were absolutely not interested when I called and washed their hands of anything telling me it was "normal". Customer service non-existent for me and backed up by other reviews. AVOID.

£172 to replace a £10 bolt! Lmao! It's ok though - after missing the issue in the previous health check (and thus allowing my car to have a years worth of potential damage), they offered a whopping discount down to £141! 🤣

1) They came looking for £110 for a service 1 month after I bought the car. 2) The sit-in appointments are never actually 1.5 hours. They mess you around for these too. 3) Caught them out trying to say I had a slow puncture when they just let half the air out and hit me with a bill for it. That's fraud. 4) I've had 7 emails so far asking for feedback since I bought the car. 5) They informally asked for my feedback, seen it was negative and completely ignored it.

I purchased a BMW X3 M Sport with only 12K milage. There was a defect on the NSR alloy which was repaired prior to purchase. This alloy has since de-graded and at a recent Warranty check I highlighted the problem, only to be informed that the repair was carried out by a third party and their warranty of 6 months had expired. I pointed out to the Sales person that the third party warranty was not mentioned or included in the handover. I requested that a senior manager intervene, but the sales person refused. Totally not interested!

Made a enquiry to purchase a 4 series - three days no call or email. Read the other reviews and the customer service is very poor. They didn’t follow up a lead and close a sale , somewhat not interested at all. Avoid at all cost!

Positives first - BMW is a great car. Yet for a dealership representing this high caliber brand the after sales service level is very poor. Even worse, the attitudes and egos of the people working there come through to such extent that it makes you think every time you have to deal with them whether this is meant to be a customer facing role. Hard sales tactics and expression of some politeness only when buying the car or on renewal. In comparison to Audi service that my other half receives it feels Eastern BMW is a group of amateurs. Example: I still remember the sales person on day 1 who did not know about several features in the car I asked him about. Bought the car purely on its own merit. To finish off with an actual quote I was faced with from one of their staff in response to a servicing enquiry (a simple 'no' would have been sufficient): "Absolutely 100% not". Need I add anything else? Cannot wait to use the same line when my renewal is up :)

Great company to deal with, very helpful and had no issues! Definitely hiring from these people again:)
