I wanted to buy my husband a new car and present it to him as a surprise on his birthday. The dealership couldn't have been more accommodating - from the initial enquiry, through to order and subsequent delivery - they were marvellous. And it was a great surprise for my husband to receive his new car 2 days before his birthday. Special thanks go to Matt, Carl, Stacey and Jack for being in on the secret and not letting the cat out of the bag. It is not the first time we have bought from this dealership and it won't be the last. Thanks again guys

Warning lights x 3 came on 3 days ago and despite several calls when I rang to check if under warranty and promises of call back each time I have not received that call. Considering I don't know if car is safe to drive or not and I am a senior Districr Nurse who needs my car for work I have had to take time off. Car has only done 18000 miles. The service has been beyond awful amd I would NEVER buy another Kia for this very reason. What's the point in providing a 7 year warranty if customers are deterred fro using it! Kieron at Bolton Kia...you provide appalling service

So I bought a 2022 Sorento HEV K4 from them through the fleet user service. The car was delivered to my place and was supposed to be prepared and PDI done. The car was delivered in a shabby condition and it had been kerbed in the passenger side and needed wheel alignment and balancing. Also the paint on the drivers side roof was damaged. I would not recommend this dealership based on their standard of care for customers who spend 50 K GBP on a car. I am given that this a Kia owned dealership and that does not repose any confidence in the quality of their product or their follow on service. Leaves a lot to be desired. Take your money and business elsewhere where they appreciate your custom.

Love my Picanto sold by Terry last September amazing service then and recently exceptional service from Olivia Amy Jill at the service department. Accommodated me quickly and efficiently even when 4x fitters were not in- the team worked well together and didn’t let any issues deter them. Thank you 🙏🏻
