Not sure what is going on at Bolton Kia. I have been a very happy customer for the last six years. Have had a couple of issues with their service department but these have always been sorted out professionally. However I reported an issue with my Sorento in late April / early May but explained that it wasn't a major issue but could they log my issue and sort it when I came in for a service in July. Had the car serviced in July and they said they needed it back for some warranty work (which included my issue) so booked for mid August. When I collected the car only two of the three warranty jobs had been done. When I questioned this they said they needed to have the work authorised by Kia (was under the impression this had been done) and contact me to bring the car back. Here we are beginning of October and no word. Shame I have been waiting for the new Sorento which is due any day.
I have recently taken delivery of a Kia from Bolton, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The test drive was amazing as I was able to bring the vehicle home to show my partner. I would definitely recommend Kia Bolton to others.

We have bought a Kia before from Bolton and always get good service. I told the salesman what I was looking for in a new car and he pointed me in the right direction. Took the Niro self charging Hybrid out for a run, without anyone from Kia joining us, so I was less nervous driving it. Had everything explained when I picked the car up, but one or two questions afterwards, which when I rang the salesman, was no problem to him to answer. Took out the service plan as I knew this was a good deal due to my husband having it on his car.
Arranging a test drive was easy and my wife and I appreciated being able to take the car out on our own on the motorway which was easily accessible. We were put at our ease from the outset and did not feel any sales pressure. The sales executive who looked after us was very professional:- well informed, friendly, helpful and responsive. We liked the car, a Kia Stonic, and the deal offered was competitive so we bought it. We also opted for the fixed service offer car care plan.

Just bought a picanto and everything was smooth and efficiant. the staff at bolton kia were friendly and helpful. We ordered some extras from the service dept and they were brilliant; I can honestly say the service we have had up to now has been very good,

I have successfully purchased from VW, BMW and had excellent negotiation leading to successful purchases. Never had a problem with Sales. However, I contacted KIA Bolton to test drive a Picanto and possibly buy 2 Picantos and view some RIO models. When I arrived at the evening all the sales men had obviously clocked off and where more interested in putting the barrier down then dealing with a customer. Next Day I had been told the one I was interested had sold. I made reasonable offers on two other models to be told No, price is the price. Not very impressed at all. The first time I have been to Bolton Kia and the last.
Happy to state that I have just purchased my 5th Kia, 3 from Middlebrook (Bolton Kia) and 2 from other franchises. I am more than satisfied with the service I have received from them,in this instance Lee. The salesman from our previous purchase even recognised my wife from 3 years ago which was a nice experience. The sale was dealt with efficiently and with a minimum of fuss.i even received my road tax rebate 7 days after the transaction. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to potential purchasers.

50/50 experiences with Kia Bolton - sales staff are very helpful when you are looking to buy a car n will bend over backwards for you however the aftercare there is shocking, they couldn't care less about helping you out or answering any of your questions about the car once you've bought it. My recommendation if you want to buy a Kia look somewhere else as you'll get better customer service.
