The sales team are helpful and happy to take your money but the after service team are horrendous! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! We bought a car that still had 6 months manufacturer warranty left on it. We were advised not to take Warranty for Life out at the time of sale as we still had 6 months manufacturer warranty. Contacted them to take out the Warranty for Life to now be told this needed to be taken out within 30 days of purchase - not what we were told!!!!! Also the manager, Barry was very rude and unprofessional! The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing here. Think carefully before wasting your money!
We went to Bolton Motor Park trusting them to help with our new car , the first car we purchased had to be returned after 2 days , we had taken finance we told them the car was not road worthy as a computer error and deemed unfit to drive.. we asked to change the car , they gave us a courtesy car which we used as we searched .. not knowing that they were holding out for 6 weeks so we when we did manage to find a car they charged us in excess of £800 extra and even had a car for the first taken as a deposit . we have now got a car which we were told when purchased we had 6 months warranty and now we are told only 30 days as a fault is showing .. we have a finance with them so now we are paying over the odds .. They are slow at getting back and no communication with the staff the service dept are no help and customer service in that dept is bad.. we give them 1 star .... DO NOT USE !!
Having had the unfortunate experience of buying two cars from this dealership I have to say they are the worst I have ever dealt with by some distance. Customer service is virtually non existent, the preparation of the used vehicles they sell is poor and they can't seem to make decisions when it comes to sorting out warranty claims. Organisation as a whole seems hopeless from the sales management team through to the workshop staff. If you want to buy a new or used Mazda I would go to any franchised dealer other than this one because if you have any problems after buying your car from Bolton Motorpark you will likely be in for a pretty bad time trying to sort it out. My overall experience with them was an absolute dogs dinner.
Was promised a stock list by e mail. Nothing received as promised Poor customer service from Bolton Motor Park.
Mazda at Bolton Motor Park will ignore you the minute you hand over your money. The customer care is dreadful. I bought a used car under the promise that some cosmetic damage from a previous owner would be fixed within 2 weeks of purchase. I spent the next 2 months calling Mazda twice per week trying to get it booked in. Every call they said they would find out when they could book it in and call me back. So far I've rang them 17 times since buying the car, sent 4/5 emails, contacted customer relations and been back into the garage only to be turned away. Don't buy from Mazda. Next stop Motor Ombudsman...
Purchased a Fiat 500 for my daughter. Needed to replace front two tyres. Passenger mirror has been siliconed on. Advertised with full Fiat service history but non provided. MOT documents withheld (probably because of advisory on tyres). Phone calls and emails ignored. Avoid Bolton Motor Park at all cost. Trading Standards is my next port of call.
Arranged a mutual meeting with the dealer principle at Bolton Motor Park regarding how poorly the service has been to the point. New vehicle dropped at me tenants address with key posted through letter box. Missing spare key/manual/mats. Arranged with dealer principal to discuss matters. Rang several times to be told in meetings all day. What a load of BullS***!!!!
Had dealings with around eight or nine different franchises when My car was up for renewal.Bolton motor park was worst of the bunch.Hard to get an auto cx5 to test drive ,as sales manager on holiday,Their atitude started off, poor ,then trailed away.
Bought my CX5 from Bolton Motor Park, complete disaster from the pick. Waited 2 hours to handover and pick up my new car to eventually be told we needed other paperwork, came home got other paperwork went back to be then told they were having trouble getting authorization from bank. go back home and we will ring, 4.30 no call i rang will ring you first thing tomorrow. 12 oclock came no call, i rang to be told still waiting for bank. BS banks not open Sunday.Eventually got it delivered on the Monday. 2nd service 2 weeks ago told i needed new pads and discs on front, not happy. took it to 2 independent garages, yes new pads not discs. Will never again go here, will go to Stockport next time as i love the Mazda vehicles
