Bought a car from Bosden Car Sales Feb 2018. Great service at the time, no pushy salesman & even delivered the car to me which was quite far away. However upon delivery they said they would post the 12 month warranty. 3 months later & no warranty so chased it & they said they would send. Never arrived so chased again a month or so later. They apologised but again never sent it. Luckily nothing went wrong with the car but it could have done. Would have given a 5 star review if it wasn't for this issue.

Perched a RAV4 from Matt today for my farther and he couldn’t have been any more friendly. We were over an hour late to the appointment due to traffic and then the incorrect postcode. (Check with them before setting off) The car was as advertised and not a hint of a pushy salesmen in sight! Matt filled all of the paper work out and taxed the car then and there for my dad. We then had a issue with our insurance company and Matt waited for use until we had resolved the issue. This is after we were late and on a bank holiday Sunday. True gent and my dad is very pleased with his new car. Highly recommended by me and I have done 16 years as a VW main dealer master tec. Well done Bosden Car Sales.

Very happy with are new car there were a couple of jobs that needed doing before we took the car all were completed as agreed. And delivered to our house paper work ready to go. Cheers Andrew.

Very pleased how I was dealt with at Bosden car sales all the staff were very pleasant and well mannered. There was no pressure sales and good prices! Nice to see a family run business still exist!! Definitely will be coming back!

After inquiring about a vehicle Bosden Car Sales had for sale, we made arrangements that morning to travel and view the car. We were told by staff the vehicle would be reserved and I gave them all my contact details in case something was wrong. After travelling nearly 40 miles! We were told the vehicle had been sold as soon as we arrived! This is totally unacceptable, the lack of communication not only between us and the garage but also between themselves just goes to show the level of unorganisation and unprofessionalism they have. All they kept saying was that they were sorry and there’s nothing they can do about it. Clearly they didn’t seem to care and wasn’t even slightly interested in paying any travel costs. I’d advise anyone interested in buying a car from this garage to be aware of there poor customer service.

Would not buy from here! We were sold a jimny with an MOT with no Advisory’s when it went in for a Pre MOT it had to be scrapped! The Sils and whole underneath were Rotten and Bodged up As was the whole Car. And the supposedly MOT Garage didn’t even have recollection of the car let alone the Dealer!

Do not buy a car from Bosden Car Sales! I bought my car and within a week it had to go back because of warning lights, then another 4 times for various things and now it won’t even start! It’s in a garage which I will have to pay for because I was told when I contacted ‘sorry 3 month warranty is up!’ It’s had problems since I got it and now it won’t even start and it’s probably going to cost me a lot of money to get it sorted! Well done guys for selling a single mum a scrap car!
