The salesman has the worst attitude I've ever experienced in any garage. Was told I had to commit to buy the car before I was allowed a test drive.
Bought a bmw x1 from Braidwood Motors. Excellent and friendly service from start to finish. We dealt with Mark, who was professional and approachable throughout. Hassle free and easy transaction. Our car is due a service in a week or so and Mark even offered for us to drop It off and for one of the staff team to take us to the shops and come pick us up again when the service was complete. Would 100% recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

I paid a £500 deposit on the phone to hold a van, they sold the van and offered me another, I felt intimidated by them so left and asked for a refund which they refused they also refused to give me a receipt

I was pleased with the service I received from Braidwood Motor Company. When we first saw a car we were interested in, the mechanics were polite and helpful and Mark handed us the keys and trade plates to try the car out. There was absolutely no sales pressure and the information requested was efficiently provided. A few days and a second run in the car later, I made a deposit. Subsequently I decided the car was not for me - though this was a personal decision and nothing to do with the garage or its service. Mark was very gracious and my deposit is being returned - so no complaints at all.

Bought a used Audi from Braidwood and Mark and the team are great, and excellent to deal with. They provide a great service overall and the car I bought was well presented and no hidden information on advert or upon pick up also. I could not recommend them highly enough and I will use them again. This was after I had a dealing with another local 2nd hand car garage who was the opposite of Braidwood!!

Bought a black mini one 55 plate in 2011 from Mark.Mark helped me get finance as I was young and had no credit history which I thought could be a problem. The service was great and the car was very reliable had one minor issue but was very quickly dealt with as part of the YEAR warranty I was given. Would recommend Braidwood to anyone.
